Hall of Fame
One of the college's busiest and most popular people, Jack Moriarty spent 38 years working for the department of athletics from 1971-2009.
Moriarty originally came to Holy Cross as both an athletic trainer and equipment manager in 1971. He was promoted to head athletic trainer in 1991, before devoting his full time to serving as the head equipment manager in 1994. In 1992, Moriarty coordinated the sports sciences area for the NCAA men's basketball first and second round games held at the Worcester Centrum.
With his hard work and dedication, he was widely regarded as the backbone behind all Holy Cross athletic teams, and was seen at almost every home event.
