Brian Petz was a standout member of the Holy Cross men’s soccer team from 1992-1995.
At the time of his graduation, he held the all-time program record for goals scored (34), while ranking second in points (74). His top season came in 1994, when he totaled 13 goals and one assist for 27 points.
Named the Patriot League Offensive Player of the Year and Scholar-Athlete of the Year as a senior, Petz earned All-Patriot League honors twice and All-New England honors once. He was later chosen to the Patriot League 25th Anniversary Team and the Patriot League All-Decade team for the 1990s.
Following his senior year, Petz received the Varsity Club’s John A. Meegan Athletic Achievement Award.
