Holy Cross is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for all fans, student-athletes, coaches, staff and game officials — before, during and after all competitions.
Holy Cross wants all fans attending games to enjoy the experience in a responsible fashion. Fans who demonstrate inappropriate and disruptive behavior, including but not limited to the following, will face ejection from the facility, revocation of ticket privileges and/or potential arrest.
- Any act or speech that discriminates on the basis of gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, race, national origin, religion, military status, disability status or any other characteristics
- Other obscene, offensive or abusive language and actions
- Fighting, or otherwise dangerous, abusive, or profane behavior
- Excessive consumption of alcohol, or signs of excessive impairment related to alcohol or drug use
- Illegal use of alcohol by/for any individual under the age of 21
- Possession of any prohibited items
- Interfering with other guests' ability to see the game
- Smoking, vaping and/or tobacco use inside of any athletic venue
- Scalping or other improper resale of tickets
- Interfering with security procedures
- Interfering with the process of the game or entering the playing area
- Throwing any objects onto the playing area or inside the facility
- Any action warranting ejection and/or confiscation of game tickets by police or arena/stadium security
Event guests are responsible for their conduct, as well as the conduct of their guests and/or persons using their tickets. Although season-ticket holders may transfer their tickets to others, the account holder of record is responsible for the actions of those using their tickets. Season ticket holders risk losing their season ticket account and/or parking privileges for any violations, and all accounts can be forfeited partially or entirely for violations of the Code of Conduct.
