How do I log into my account?
Users with an account:
- Click My Account in Ticket Central at goholycross.com/tickets.
- Choose the appropriate login.
- Enter the username associated with your account (hint: this is may be the email address that associated with your account)
- Enter the your password.
First-time users without an account:
- To create an account, click My Account in Ticket Central at goholycross.com/tickets.
- Select Create a New Account button and complete the form.
How do I change my communication preferences?
To update your communications preferences, simply log into your account (or click the My Account button if you are already logged in) and click Account Information on the left side.
How do I change my password?
To change your password, log into your account (or click the My Account button if you are already logged in) and then select Change Password on the left side of the screen.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
To reset your password, click Forgot your password? on the sign-in screen. From there, enter the email address associated with your account and press Recover Password. If you no longer have access to the email associated with your account, please text or call us at 1-844-GOCROSS or email us at tickets@holycross.edu.

What is the best way to reach the Holy Cross Ticket Office if I have questions or need assistance?

What payment methods are accepted?
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, as well as Apple and Google Pay.
What time does the ticket office open before events?
- The ticket office opens 90 minutes prior to kickoff for all home football games and 60 minutes prior to the start of basketball and hockey games.
- Will call opens three (3) hours prior to kickoff for all home football games and 60 minutes prior to the start of basketball and hockey games.
Can I purchase tickets on game day?
- Based on inventory availability, tickets may be purchased on the day of the game at the Holy Cross Ticket Office. For football, tickets may be purchased day-of at Gate A, Gate B and Gate D.
- Single-game ticket prices increase on the day of the game.
- It is highly recommended that you purchase your tickets in advance of game day to save yourself both time and money!
When is the Holy Cross Ticket Office open?
Ticket office hours are Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Where is the Holy Cross Ticket Office located?
- The ticket office is located inside the Hart Center at the Luth Athletic Complex at 1 College Street in Worcester, Mass. Once you enter the main entrance, the Holy Cross Ticket Office is located directly to your right.
- On football game days, there are ticket office locations at Gate A, Gate B and Gate D.
TICKETS
What sports do I need tickets to attend?
Tickets are required for admission to Holy Cross football, men's basketball, women's basketball and men's ice hockey games.
At what age does my child need a ticket?
Children 4 years and older need a ticket for entry to all home football, men's ice hockey, and men's and women's basketball games. Children under 4 years are free.
How do I renew my season tickets?
Fans are able to renew their season tickets by simply logging on to their account at goholycross.com/tickets and selecting Season Ticket Renewals. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your renewal. Fans can also renew over the phone by calling the Holy Cross Ticket Office at 1-844-GOCROSS.
How do I upgrade or change my season ticket seat location?
To upgrade or request to relocate your season ticket(s), please call the Holy Cross Ticket Office at 1-844-GOCROSS.
Can I return, refund or exchange my tickets?
There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets purchased for Holy Cross Athletics events. If an event is canceled, refunds will be issued appropriately.
Are group tickets and experiences available for Crusader Athletics events?
Absolutely! Group experience packages are one of the best ways to watch the Crusaders! Groups can receive discounted prices when purchasing 10 or more tickets and have the option to book unique experiences like forming a tunnel for the team as they take the field, singing the national anthem, performing on the field and more!
Do students have to pay to attend events?
- Admission to all home regular-season on-campus Holy Cross Athletics events are FREE for students!
- For football, men's and women's basketball, and men's hockey, students will have a ticket sent directly to their Holy Cross email from tickets@holycross.edu with subject line: Order Confirmation.
- We just ask that students arrive early and cheer loudly!
- Ticket information for playoff games and special events (such as, November 22, 2025 at Fenway Park) will be directly communicated to students at the appropriate time.
Are there premium locations available for rent at the Hart Center or Fitton Field?
We are happy to offer fans the ability to rent out our premium areas, based upon availability, for any home athletic contest. For more information, please text or call 1-844-GOCROSS or email tickets@holycross.edu.
What ADA accessible areas are there?
ADA accessible seating is available at all of our venues and is marked on our ticketing maps. If you have additional questions, please text or call 1-844-GOCROSS or email us at tickets@holycross.edu.
I've lost my tickets. What do I do?
We would be happy to assist you! Simply text or call the Holy Cross Ticket Office at 1-844-GOCROSS or email us at tickets@holycross.edu.
How do I access my print-at-home tickets?
- Print-at-home tickets are included as an attachment on the order confirmation email you received after completing your purchase. If you did not receive this email, please check your spam folder. To avoid confirmation emails going into your spam folder, please add tickets@holycross.edu to your address book.
- If you need to reissue or forward your tickets, click the My Account button located at the top right of your screen. Once logged in, simply select Order History from the menu and then click Forward/Reissue Tickets.
Can I purchase tickets to away games through the Holy Cross Ticket Office?
Tickets for select away games will be available for purchase through the Holy Cross Ticket Office. Check the schedule page for a link to tickets for all games or call or text 1-844-GOCROSS or email

GAME DAY INFO
What time do gates open for events?
For football, tailgating lots open four (4) hours prior to kickoff, with stadium gates opening 90 minutes prior. For basketball and hockey, the Hart Center Arena and Hart Center Rink open 60 minutes prior to the start of each home contest.
I am a parent or friend of a Holy Cross student-athlete. Where do I pick up the tickets they have left for me?
Family and friends of Crusader student-athletes who have been left tickets will have tickets sent directly to their email prior to the contest.
Where is the Will Call window located?
For Crusader football games, Will Call is located just before Gate A. For Crusader hockey and basketball games, the Will Call window is located at the Holy Cross Ticket Office inside the Hart Center.
Are concessions available at athletic events?
Concessions are available at all Crusader football, men's and women's basketball and men's hockey contests.
PARKING
Where can I park and how much does parking cost?
Football: Parking at the Garage Freshman Field and West Lot is available on both a single-game and season-long basis and can be purchased in advance or on game day. These lots are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Baseball Lot parking is only available for purchase as a season-long pass. Availability is limited and requires a minimum donation and season ticket purchase. Pricing varies by lot.
Basketball & Hockey: Parking in either of the two (2) lots in front of the Hart Center at the Luth Athletic Complex is available on a first-come, first-serve basis and is available free of charge. Auxiliary parking can be found in the Hogan Campus Center Lot, the McCarthy Lane lot and the parking garage. Please note, spots tend to fill up quickly on game days, so fans are encouraged to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to game time.
How do I upgrade my football parking pass?
Season ticket members wishing to purchase their parking to Freshman Field, Parking Garage or West Lot are able to do so by purchasing a pass for their desired lot during the renewal or purchasing process. Season ticket members wishing to upgrade their parking to the Baseball Lot will be able to join the wait list during the renewal or purchasing process. Baseball Lot parking is allocated based on availability and priority level.
Does submitting a football parking upgrade request guarantee that my request will be fulfilled?
No, it does not. However, all parking upgrade requests are thoroughly reviewed for consideration. Parking requests are fulfilled based on availability and priority level.
FAN CODE OF CONDUCT
Holy Cross is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for all fans, student-athletes, coaches, staff and game officials — before, during and after all competitions.
Holy Cross wants all fans attending games to enjoy the experience in a responsible fashion. Fans who demonstrate inappropriate and disruptive behavior, including but not limited to the following, will face ejection from the facility, revocation of ticket privileges and/or potential arrest.
- Any act or speech that discriminates on the basis of gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, race, national origin, religion, military status, disability status or any other characteristics
- Other obscene, offensive or abusive language and actions
- Fighting, or otherwise dangerous, abusive, or profane behavior
- Excessive consumption of alcohol, or signs of excessive impairment related to alcohol or drug use
- Illegal use of alcohol by/for any individual under the age of 21
- Possession of any prohibited items
- Interfering with other guests' ability to see the game
- Smoking, vaping and/or tobacco use inside of any athletic venue
- Scalping or other improper resale of tickets
- Interfering with security procedures
- Interfering with the process of the game or entering the playing area
- Throwing any objects onto the playing area or inside the facility
- Any action warranting ejection and/or confiscation of game tickets by police or arena/stadium security
Event guests are responsible for their conduct, as well as the conduct of their guests and/or persons using their tickets. Although season-ticket holders may transfer their tickets to others, the account holder of record is responsible for the actions of those using their tickets. Season ticket holders risk losing their season ticket account and/or parking privileges for any violations, and all accounts can be forfeited partially or entirely for violations of the Code of Conduct.
TICKET RESALE
The resale of tickets within 300 feet of the Hart Center or Fitton Field is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with this policy may result in arrest or other disciplinary actions.
