Chris Brown was a four-year letterwinner for the Holy Cross men’s ice hockey team from 1979-1983.
A standout defenseman, he also made his mark on the offensive end of the ice with 38 goals and 90 assists for 128 points in 123 career games played.
His 90 career assists were the third most in program history at the time of his graduation.
Brown led the team with 27 assists during his junior season and was named first team All-ECAC as a senior.
He helped the team to an overall record of 71-51-4 during his collegiate career, with the Crusaders making four straight appearances in the ECAC playoffs.
Following his graduation, Brown played professional hockey in Europe.
