Designated ADA seating is available for all games in Section 32 at Fitton Field.

There are a limited number of ADA accessible parking spots available in the Premier (Baseball) Lot for individuals with a state-issued ADA placard. These spots are available on a first-come, first-served and game-by-game basis, and become available during the week of every home game. To request access, please contact the Holy Cross Ticket Office at tickets@holycross.edu or 1-844-GO-CROSS starting at 10 a.m. on the Monday prior to each home game.

Once Premier Lot spaces have been filled, there is additional ADA accessible parking available in the Garage Lot on a season and single-game basis.

ADA accessible transportation is available for fans who are in wheelchairs, have difficulty walking, or need assistance. The drop-off/pick-up location is outside Gate D at Fitton Field. Please contact Holy Cross Public Safety at 508-793-2224 for ADA transport.

Beer, wine and seltzer will be sold at home football games. Fans of legal drinking age with valid ID will be able to purchase one alcoholic beverage per person per transaction in accordance with City of Worcester regulations.

Alcohol will be sold throughout the stadium, with sales beginning when gates open 90 minutes prior to kickoff and concluding with eight minutes remaining in the third quarter. 

No animals, except service animals, are allowed on campus (no emotional support animals without proper documentation). Anyone who brings an animal that is not for service use will be asked to leave campus and take their animal with them. All service animals must remain on a leash or harness at all times. Please refer to PROHIBITED ITEMS for more information.

• All bags are subject to search for prohibited items.
  Bags larger than 12"x12"x12" are not permitted in athletics venues. This includes backpacks, duffel bags and suitcases.
• Please leave prohibited items in your vehicle or at home. Staff will not store or hold any personal items.
• Patrons who refuse search of their bags will be denied entrance to the facility.

Signs must be handheld, event-related, in good taste and cannot obstruct another guest's view. They may not contain commercial messages, logos or political endorsements and may not be hung on the stadium structure. Signs or flags on sticks or poles are not permitted. Stadium staff reserves the right to confiscate signs that are in violation of stadium policy.

Bottles, cans, and other beverage containers may not be brought into any athletics facility for events where concessions are offered. Searches are conducted at the gates to prevent these and other prohibited items from entering the arena. Exceptions may be made for those with medical requirements or special needs.

Holy Cross’ first three home games in 2024 will be televised live in the Worcester area on Spectrum News 1. 

Still cameras may be used at any time provided that their use does not interfere with other guests' ability to enjoy the game day experience. However, flash photography is not permitted, as it may disrupt play. The use of video cameras is prohibited and will not be permitted inside any athletics facility. 

All transactions in and around the stadium — including parking, day-of-game ticket sales, and concessions — are 100 percent cashless.  

The use of cell phones is permitted inside all athletics venues, provided that such use does not interfere with another guest's ability to enjoy the game day experience. For the comfort of those seated around you, headphones are required for any music, audio or video being played.

Children three (3) years of age and younger are admitted to athletics events free of charge.

Concessions are sold at all home football games beginning when gates open. Concession stands are located behind the home team sideline. More information can be found about concession offerings in 2024 here.

If your non-profit organization is seeking a donation of game tickets or other items, please contact the Holy Cross Ticket Office at 1-844-GOCROSS (462-7677) or submit a charitable donation request form.

Should you need immediate assistance, please notify the nearest event staff member or police officer.

In the event of a stadium emergency, pertinent information regarding the emergency situation and evacuation procedures will be provided over the public address system and on stadium video boards.

Fans may enter Fitton Field through Gates A, B and D.

Holy Cross is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for all fans, student-athletes, coaches, staff and game officials — before, during and after all competitions.

Holy Cross wants all fans attending games to enjoy the experience in a responsible fashion. Fans who demonstrate inappropriate and disruptive behavior, including but not limited to the following, will face ejection from the facility, revocation of ticket privileges and/or potential arrest.

• Any act or speech that discriminates on the basis of gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, race, national origin, religion, military status, disability status or any other characteristics
• Other obscene, offensive or abusive language and actions
• Fighting, or otherwise dangerous, abusive, or profane behavior
• Excessive consumption of alcohol, or signs of excessive impairment related to alcohol or drug use
• Illegal use of alcohol by/for any individual under the age of 21
• Possession of any prohibited items
• Interfering with other guests' ability to see the game
• Smoking, vaping and/or tobacco use inside of any athletic venue
• Scalping or other improper resale of tickets
• Interfering with security procedures
• Interfering with the process of the game or entering the playing area
• Throwing any objects onto the playing area or inside the facility
• Any action warranting ejection and/or confiscation of game tickets by police or arena/stadium security

Event guests are responsible for their conduct, as well as the conduct of their guests and/or persons using their tickets.  Although season-ticket holders may transfer their tickets to others, the account holder of record is responsible for the actions of those using their tickets. Season ticket holders risk losing their season ticket account and/or parking privileges for any violations, and all accounts can be forfeited partially or entirely for violations of the Code of Conduct.

Fitton Field gates open 90 minutes prior to the start of a scheduled home football game.

Guests may share their feedback with the nearest Event Staff member or at Guest Services areas located within each venue. Lost items may be turned in to any usher. Guests inquiring about lost items at previous events should visit Guest Services during any event or call the Holy Cross Facilities, Operations & Events office at 508-793-2556. Items lost at prior games are held in a secured area for 30 days and are then either disposed of or donated to an appropriate charitable organization. Holy Cross Athletics is not responsible for any lost or damaged items.

Please visit the official online retail store of Holy Cross Athletics. The Holy Cross Team Shop will be open in-venue at all home football games.

Your pre-purchased tickets will arrive in a confirmation/receipt email. All tickets for your event/season will be contained in one email. If you are using spam filters, please make sure you add tickets@holycross.edu to your approved sender list. From the receipt email, you will have the option to either print your tickets or download them to your smartphone’s digital wallet. Digital tickets may be used on any type of smartphone. 

We recommend downloading tickets to your smartphone as soon as you receive them to avoid any connectivity issues at the stadium.

Day-of-game ticket sales are cashless.

Groups interested in performing the National Anthem prior to a home event can contact the Holy Cross Ticket Office by calling or texting 1-844-GOCROSS. Individuals interested can contact the athletics marketing office by email at holycrossathletics@holycross.edu.

Parking for football games at Fitton Field is available for purchase day-of-game, subject to availability, in several lots, including Freshman Field ($25), West Lot ($30), the adjacent parking garage ($35) and Premier Lot (season pass only). 

Prices are $5 lower per pass when purchased in advance, so fans are encouraged to buy ahead of time!

Please note, parking on College Street and other side streets near Fitton Field is reserved for resident parking only.

All player guest tickets will be distributed digitally via email. For more information, please contact the Holy Cross Ticket Office at 1-844-GOCROSS or via email at tickets@holycross.edu, or visit Gate A will call on the day of the game. 

Only authorized and properly credentialed personnel will be permitted within the playing area before, during, or after all Holy Cross athletics events. Any unauthorized person within the playing area will be removed by Event Staff.

Digital game programs for all home contests are available at goholycross.com/programs. For football contests, print-at-home roster sheets will be made available 24 hours prior to kickoff. 

The Patriot League promotes good sportsmanship by student-athletes, coaches and spectators. We request your cooperation by supporting the participants and officials in a positive manner. Profanity, racial or sexist comments or other intimidating actions directed at officials, student-athletes, coaches or team representatives will not be tolerated and are grounds for removal from the site of competition. Out of concern for the safety of our guests and employees, the following items are not permitted in all Holy Cross athletics facilities to ensure that all of our fans have a safe and enjoyable game day experience:

• Outside food or beverage, alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs
• Dogs and other pets (only service animals are allowed; no emotional support animals without proper documentation)
• Weapons or explosives
• Boxes or wrapped packages of any size
• Coolers or containers, including plastic cups
• Bags larger than 12"x12"x12", specifically backpacks
• Bottles, cans or flasks
• Artificial noisemakers and irritants (whistles, bells, air horns, thundersticks, etc.)
• Video equipment, tape recorders, still cameras with a lens longer than 6 inches
• Chairbacks with arms
• Aerosol and spray cans
• Any projectile or object that could cause injury if thrown onto the playing field or into the seating areas
• Sticks, poles, flags, signs, banners and large umbrellas
• Laser pointers
• Sporting balls and equipment (i.e. baseball bats, lacrosse sticks, footballs, etc.)
• Roller skates, skateboards, scooters or bicycles

Stadium management reserves the right to ask fans to leave inappropriate or prohibited items in their car or outside venue gates.

All persons and their belongings are subject to search. Guests are encouraged to return unauthorized items to their vehicles. The College of the Holy Cross cannot safeguard items that are not permitted into the arena. Violators of venue policy or any state, county, or municipal laws will be refused admission or asked to leave. This policy is in effect for all guests who visit Holy Cross athletics facilities.

Disruptive behavior is not accepted at Holy Cross athletics events. Disruptive behavior constitutes actions that diminish other fans' ability to enjoy the game day atmosphere, including but not limited to threats, threatening behavior, interfering with other guests' ability to see the game, and throwing objects. These actions or any other actions deemed disruptive by arena staff will not be tolerated and are grounds for removal from the arena. Other potential consequences include ticket suspension, ticket revocation, arrest, and prosecution.

Holy Cross will be hosting a number of theme games, promotions and giveaways throughout the 2024 season. 

Promotional items have individual restrictions and giveaway dates are subject to change without prior notice. Please remember that a game ticket does not ensure or entitle the holder to a promotional item on that date and that only one item will be distributed per person. Please be considerate of other guests by taking only one promotional item.

No appeals will be made over the public address system. Requests of an emergency nature should be addressed to the nearest Event Staff member, security personnel or police officer.

Handheld radios and televisions are permitted inside of all athletics venues as long as they are not larger than 12" x 12" x 12" and do not distract from the enjoyment of other guests. For the comfort of those seated around you, headphones are required.

Re-entry is not permitted for any Holy Cross football game.

There are public restrooms conveniently located throughout Fitton Field.

Smoking is not permitted inside any athletics facility.

Student seating is located inside Fitton Field from sections 16 through 19. 

Fans and spectators tailgating at their vehicles are responsible for cleaning up and disposing of their trash. Trash should not be left in the parking area. Tailgating is not permitted inside any athletics facility.

Possession and consumption of alcohol are subject to the laws and regulations of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the City of Worcester. Outside alcohol is prohibited within all athletics venues and must be consumed at your tailgate. Please consume any beverages by using plastic cups.

Unruly behavior or visibly intoxicated spectators will be removed from the venue and/or campus. Holy Cross Public Safety may ask for legal proof of identification for anyone appearing to be under 21.

Holy Cross requires the use of propane gas grills. The maximum allowed propane cylinder size is no greater than 20 pounds. Charcoal grills are not permitted. Grills and tailgates should not impede parking spaces, sidewalks, or roadways.

The following are prohibited in tailgating areas:

Amplified music, large source containers of alcohol (i.e. kegs, beer funnels, etc.), drinking games (beer pong, flip cup, beer ball, etc.), glass containers/bottles, open flames, charcoal grills, wood burning, smokers, deep fryers or fuel-powered generators.

Tickets are required for entry to any home football game. The Holy Cross Ticket Office is located inside the main entrance of the Hart Center at the Luth Athletic Complex and is open Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. On football game days, the Holy Cross Ticket Office is located outside Gate A.

The resale of tickets within 300 feet of Fitton Field is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with this policy may result in arrest or other disciplinary actions.

Small, compact umbrellas are permitted; large golf umbrellas are not allowed.

Video cameras are not permitted inside of Fitton Field and no storage of these items will be provided for guests. 

Virtual game programs will be available at all home athletics events on the Holy Cross campus. Signage will be posted in athletics facilities, allowing fans to pull up the virtual game programs on their mobile devices. Virtual game programs can also be found at goholycross.com/programs. 

All guests requiring a wheelchair must provide it for his/her own use. Wheelchairs are not provided at Holy Cross athletics venues. Please see “ADA Seating” section above for more information.

General will call opens 90 minutes prior to game time and is located at Gate A.

Identification is required to pick up tickets left at the will call window.
