Crusader Football Legends Ring of Honor
The Crusader Football Legends Ring of Honor was founded in 2010 to recognize the best individuals in the history of the Holy Cross football program. Only former Crusaders who have been elected to the Holy Cross Varsity Club Hall of Fame are eligible for the Ring of Honor.
Each year, the inductees are chosen by a special committee, which includes representatives from the Holy Cross Department of Athletics, the Friends of Crusader Football Executive Committee, the Holy Cross Varsity Club and the Holy Cross Development Office, along with living members of the Ring of Honor. In addition, fan voting accounts for a percentage of the final tally.
As of the spring of 2023, a total of 28Â former Crusaders will now be included in the Ring of Honor. This group includes people who have been instrumental in the program's success for over a century. These 28Â individuals have won numerous All-America and Academic All-America honors, with many of them going on to have successful careers in professional football. They truly represent the best and the brightest in Holy Cross' storied history.
