THE BASICS

Location: Wesley A. Brown Field House (Annapolis, Md.) 
The Lead: Senior co-captains Trevor Dutton (Burlington, Mass.) and Mike Galasso (Danvers, Mass.) registered the top Crusader finishes in the final day of the 2015 Patriot League Indoor Championship on Sunday afternoon, hosted by Navy. Dutton ran an IC4A qualifying time in the 800-meter run at 1:52.39 as Galasso finished second in the 500-meter dash with an IC4A qualifying time of 1:04.90, missing the school record by two-tenths of a second. 

HOW IT HAPPENED 

• In the 400-meter dash, sophomore William Ward (North Attleboro, Mass.) finished ninth with a time of 50.65 as freshman Nicholas Boire (Manchester, N.H.) followed in 13th at 51.48. 
• Sophomore Benjamin Ghiano (Iselin, N.J.) followed Galasso in the 500-meter dash in 10th place with as he crossed the finish line with a time of 1:08.36.
• Junior Lucas Keefer (Yonkers, N.Y.) followed Dutton in the 800-meter dash in seventh with an IC4A qualifying time of 1:52.85.
• In the 1,000-meter run, junior Francisco Tejidor (Coral Gables, Fla.) finished in ninth with a time of 2:28.65 with sophomore Michael Andre (Feeding Hills, Mass.) taking 13th with a time of 2:29.61. 
• Posting an IC4A qualifying and career-best time of 8:19.84 in the 3,000-meter run was junior Dennis Muldoon (Weymouth, Mass.). 
• The 4 x 400 meter relay team comprised of Galasso, junior Dominic Abacherli (Boxborough, Mass.), Boire and Dutton finished seventh as they crossed the finish line at 3:22.11 while the 4 x 800 relay team made up of Tejidor, Dutton, Andre and Keefer finished in fourth with a Wesley A. Brown Field House record of 7:34.11.
• The distance medley relay team made up of sophomore Henry Dodge (Weymouth, Mass.), freshman James Donahue (Bronxville, N.Y.), junior James Harrison (Bronxville, N.Y.) and senior Jake Griffin (Billerica, Mass.) finished with a time of 10:50.81 and a ninth place finish. 
• Junior Tim Dunn (Fords, N.J.) had the top Crusader finish in the field events as he posted a ninth-place finish in the pole vault with a height of season-best 4.50 meters. 

BEYOND THE BOXSCORE 

• Navy took the 2015 Patriot League Indoor Championship title for the second straight year with a team score of 201.83. 

UP NEXT 

• The Crusaders will return to the track on Feb. 27-28 as qualifying members of the team prepare to compete in the New England Indoor Championship at 10:00 a.m.
