• Ran in 500, 800, one mile, 1000, 1500, 4 x 400, 4 x 800 and 4 x 1500 relay
• Ran season-best times in 500 meter (1:06.54) at Harvard Season Open (Dec. 8), 800 meter (1:54.37) at Valentine Invitational (Feb. 7), 1000 meter (2:32.66) against New Hampshire (Jan. 18)
• Ran career-best time in 1500 meter (4:02.54) at the Holy Cross Men’s Meet (April 22)
• Member of the 4 x 400 relay team who recorded season-best time of 3:23 at the Joe Donahue Games (Jan. 24)
• Member of 4 x 800 relay team who ran season best-time of 7:35 at New England Championship (May 10)
• Member of 4 x 800 relay team who ran season-best time of 7:43 at the Patriot League Indoor Championship (Feb. 22)
• Member of 4 x 1500 relay team who recorded team season-best time of 16:16 at the Colonial Relays (April 5).

2012-2013:
• Ran in the 400, 500, 800, 1,000, 1,500, 4x400 relay and 4x800 relay
• Posted career-best times in the 400 meter (50.91) at the Holy Cross Men’s Meet (April 24) and 1,000 meter (2:32.66) at New Hampshire (Jan. 19)
• Recorded season-best times in the 500 meter (1:06.19) at the Harvard Open (Dec. 8), 800 meter (1:55.34) at the Joe Donahue Games (Jan. 25) and 1,500 meter (4:05.40) at the Duke Invitational (April 6)
• Member of the 4x400 meter relay team that set a team season-best time of 3:21.69 at the Holy Cross Men’s Meet
• Also a member of the 4x800 meter relay team that set a team season-best time of 7:34.51 at the IC4A Indoor Championship (March 3)
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2011-2012:
• Ran in the 400, 800, 1,000, 1,500, one-mile, 4x40 relay and 4x800 relay
• Posted season-best times in the 400 (51.15) at the second Holy Cross Invitational (April 24), 800 (1:53.46) at the first Holy Cross Invitational (April 21), 1,000 (3:35.52) at Maine (Feb. 4), 1,500 (4:02.89) at the UMass Invitational (April 14) and one-mile (4:37.92) at New Hampshire with Stonehill and Worcester State (Jan. 21)
• Also a member of the 4x400 relay team that set a season-best mark of 3:21.12 at the New England Outdoor Championship and 4x800 relay team that set a season best time of 7:37.64 at the IC4A Indoor Championship (March 3).

Before Holy Cross:
• Three-year member of the varsity track and field team at Burlington High School in Burlington, Mass.
• Two-time Middlesex League All-Star in both indoor and outdoor track
• Won the team’s 2011 Dick Verzone 10th Player Award
• Set indoor school records in the distance medley and 4x800m, and the outdoor record for the 4x1600m
• Won the indoor and outdoor state championship in the 4x800m
• Was a national qualifier in indoor for the 800m, and for indoor and outdoor for the 4x800m
• Also a three-year member and senior captain of the varsity soccer tea
• Won MIAA Sportsmanship Award in 2010
• Was a class representative and treasurer
• Member of National Honor Society.
