2013-2014:
• Ran in one mile, 800 and 1500
• Ran season-best times in 800 meter (2:00) at Valentine Invitational (Feb. 7)
• Ran career-best times in one mile (4:31.99) at Brown Springtime Open (April 27) and 1500 meter (4:12.36) at the Holy Cross Men’s Meet (April 22)
• Named to the Patriot League Honor Roll.

2012-2013:
• Ran in the 500, 800, 1,500, one mile, 4x400 relay, 4x440 relay and 4x800 relay
• Posted career-best times in the 800 meter (1:59.82) at the Patriot League Indoor Championship (Feb. 17) and 1,500 meter (4:18.53) at the Holy Cross Men’s Meet (April 24)
• Recorded season-best times in the 500 meter (1:10.69) at Maine (Feb. 2) and one mile (4:40.75) at the Harvard Open (Dec. 8)
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2011-2012:
• Ran in the 800, 1,000, 1,500 and 4x800 relay
• Posted season-best times in the 800 (2:03.53) at Holy Cross Invitational (April 21), 1,000 (2:44.67) at the Joe Donahue Indoor Games (Jan. 27) and 1,500 (4:27.75) against New Hampshire with Maine (April 7)
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

Before Holy Cross:
• Three-year member of the varsity cross country team at Billerica Memorial H.S.
• Named Most Improved in 2009
• Team was Merrimack Valley Conference – Division 2 champions
• Two-year member of the varsity indoor and outdoor track and field teams
• Named Most Improved during the 2011 indoor season
• Received the Sportsmanship Award during the 2011 outdoor season
• Named 2011 Billerica Memorial H.S. Student-Athlete of the Year
• Received the 2011 US Marines Distinguished Athlete Award
• Played hockey and baseball freshman and sophomore years
• Was freshman class Vice President
• Received the Presidential Award and High Honor Award in 2011
• Member of National Honor Society.

• Has one sister (Allie), who was a member of the field hockey team at WPI
• Majoring in Biology.
