2013-2014:
• Ran in 60, 100, 200, 400, 4 x 400 and 4000 meter distance relay team
• Ran career-best times in 60 meter (7.26) and 200 meter (23.26) against Maine (Feb. 1), 200 meter (22.29) at the UMass Invitational (April 12) and 400 meter at the Holy Cross Men’s Meet (April 22)
• 100 meter (11.24) at UMass Invitational (April 12) and 400 meter (49.54) at the Scarlet & White Invitational (Feb. 15)
• Member of the 4 x 400 relay team who recorded season-best time of 3:23 at the Joe Donahue Games (Jan. 24)
• Member of 4000 meter distance medley team who recorded team season-best time of 10:16 at the Colonial Relays (April 5)
• Member of 4000 meter distance relay team who recorded team season-best time of 10:11 at the Patriot League Indoor Championship (Feb. 22)
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2012-2013:
• Ran in the 100, 200, 400, 500, 4x100 relay, 4x400 relay and 4,000 distance medley relay
• Posted a career-best time in the 400 meter (49.34) at the New England Outdoor Championship (May 11)
• Recorded season-best times in the 100 meter (11.69) and 200 meter (22.78) at the UMass Invitational (April 13) and 500 meter (1:06.22) at Maine (Feb. 2)
• Also a member of the 4x100 meter relay team that set a team season-best time of 42.62 at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship (May 4), the 4x400 meter relay team that set a team-season best time of 3:21.69 at the Holy Cross Men’s Meet (April 24) and 4,000 distance medley relay team that set a team-season best time of 10:15.18 at the IC4A Indoor Championship (March 3).

2011-2012:
• Ran in the 200, 400, 500, 800 and 4x400 relay
• Posted season-best times in the 200 (22.68) at the Holy Cross Men's Meet (April 24), 400 (49.62) at the first Holy Cross Invitational (April 21), 500 (1:06.05) against Maine (Feb. 4) and 800 (2:00.77) at the Harvard Open (Dec. 10)
• Also a member of the 4x400 relay team that set a season-best mark of 3:21.12 at the New England Outdoor Championship (May 10)
• Times in the 400 and 500 were best on the team for the season.

Before Holy Cross:
• Came to Holy Cross from St. John’s Preparatory School in Danvers, Pa.

• Majoring in Political Science.
