• A 360 Leader in the Holy Cross Leadership Academy.

2014-2015: 
• Competed in the 400-meter dash and 500, 800, 1,000-meter runs
• Also competed on the 4x400 and 4x800-meter relay teams
• Set school record in the 800 (1:50.68) at the IC4A Indoor Championship
• Ran season-best times in the 400 (51.15) at the Holy Cross Invitational, in the 500 (1:05.01) at the Terrier Invitational
• Named GoHolyCross.com Crusader of the Week (3/9).

2013-2014:
• Ran in one mile, 400, 500, 800, 4 x 400 and 4 x 800 relay
• Ran season-best times in one mile (4:28.68) at the Harvard Season open (Dec. 7), 400 meter (50.32) at the Holy Cross Invitational (April 19)
• Ran career –best time and Holy Cross record in 500 meter (1:04.70) at Valentine Invitational (Feb. 7)
• Ran career-best time in 800 meter (1:52.29) at the Holy Cross Men’s Meet (April 22)
• Member of 4 x 400 relay team who recorded team season-best time of 3:19 at Holy Cross Men’s Meet (April 22)
• Member of the 4 x 400 relay team who recorded season-best time of 3:23 at the Joe Donahue Games (Jan. 24).
• Member of 4 x 800 relay team who ran season-best time of 7:43 at the Patriot League Indoor Championship (Feb. 22)
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2012-2013:
• Ran in the 400, 500, 800, 4x400 relay and 4x800 relay
• Recorded season-best times in the 400 meter (51.61) at the Holy Cross Invitational (April 20), 500 meter (1:06.84) at the Joe Donahue Games (Jan. 25) and 800 meter (1:55.42) at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship (May 4)
• Member of the 4x400 meter relay team that set a team season-best time of 3:21.69 at the Holy Cross Men's Meet (April 24)
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

Before Holy Cross:
• Four-year member of the varsity indoor and outdoor track and field teams at the Fordham Preparatory School under head coach George Febles
• Named captain as a junior and senior
• Won the Joe Fox award as a senior, outdoor track MVP as a junior and the Coach’s Award as a sophomore
• Earned All-City and All-Section honors as a junior and senior
• 2011 CHSAA city champion as part of the 4 x 400-meter relay team
• 2012 section champion in the 600-meters and 800-meters, and named Indoor Sectional meet MVP while team won overall sectional championship
• Holds school record as part of the 4 x one-mile relay team
• Qualified to compete at the Millrose Games, the Penn Relays, the New York state championship and the New Balance Indoor Nationals
• Named to the Principal’s Honor Roll all four years.

• Has two brothers (Matt and Zach)
• Brother, Matt, was a member of the track and field team at Tufts
• Brother, Zack, is currently a member of the track and field team at Binghamton
• Has not yet declared a major.
