2014-2015:  
• Competed in the 1,500, 3,000 and 5,000-meter and one mile runs
• Ran career-best times in the 3,000 (8:19.84) at the Patriot League Indoor Championship, in the 5,000 (14:49.36) at the Valentine Invitational and one mile (4:17.71)
• Ran season-best time in the 1,500 (3:59.16) at the Holy Cross Classic.

2013-2014:
• Ran in one mile, 1500, 3000, 5000 and 10,000
• Ran career-best times in one mile (4:21.75) at the Joe Donahue Games (Jan. 24), 1500 meter (3:58.52) at the Holy Cross Men’s Meet (April 22), 3000 meter (8:25) at New England Indoor Championship (Feb. 28), 5000 meter (14:54.29) at the Valentine Invitational (Feb. 7) and 10,000 meter (31:58.64) at Colonial Relays (April 5)
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2012-2013:
• Ran in the one mile and 3,000
• Recorded season-best times in the one mile (4:27.14) at the Joe Donahue Games (Jan. 25) and 3,000 meter (8:48.65) at the New England Indoor Championship (Feb. 23)
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

Before Holy Cross:
• Three-year member of the varsity indoor and outdoor track and field teams at Catholic Memorial H.S. under head coach James Catano
• Team captain senior year
• Named All-Catholic Conference in 2012
• Team took eighth place at the Massachusetts state meet in 2012
• Placed fifth in the two-mile run at the 2012 winter Division 2 state meet
• Took third place in the two-mile run at the 2012 spring Division 2 state meet
• Also a member of the varsity cross country team, where he was named the Catholic Conference MVP
• Went undefeated in Catholic Conference dual meets
• Valedictorian of his class
• Awarded the Brother Joseph G. McKenna, C.F.C., General Excellence Award in 2012
• Received the Edward McElaney Commitment to Excellence Award in 2012
• Earned the Ronald S. Perry Scholar Athlete Award in 2012
• Class treasurer
• Vice president of National Honor Society.

• Grandfather, John Muldoon, graduated from Holy Cross in 1953
• Has a twin brother (Connor)
