Sophomore Lindsay Berger of the Holy Cross women’s basketball team has been selected as the Hilton Garden Inn Crusader of the Week for November 14-November 20.

Berger started and played in both games for the Crusaders this past week leading them to a 2-0 record. The sophomore averaged 15.0 points, 11.5 rebounds, 2.0 blocks, 1.5 assists and 1.0 steals per game while shooting 57.9% (11/19) from the field and 8-for-9 (88.9%) from the free throw line.

Against New Hampshire on Wednesday, Berger had a monster double-double with career-highs in points (17), rebounds (14) and blocked shots (4). She followed that up with 13 points, nine rebounds, two steals and two assists against Conn. College on Sunday.

The Crusaders (3-1) head out on the road for a four game road trip starting this Wednesday, Nov. 23 at Boston College at noon.
