The Lead: Junior Francisco Tejidor (Coral Gables, Fla.) and senior co-captain Trevor Dutton (Burlington, Mass.) led the Crusaders in the 1,000-meter run as the men's indoor track and field team took ninth of 32 squads at the 2015 New England Indoor Championship on Saturday at Boston University. Tejidor finished first with a career-best time of 2:26.94 while Dutton finished behind Tejidor in second with a time of 2:27.43.

• Junior Lucas Keefer (Yonkers, N.Y.) represented Holy Cross in the 800-meter run final heat as he finished fifth overall with a time of 1:53.99.
• In the 3,000-meter run, junior Dennis Muldoon (Weymouth, Mass.) crossed the finish line in sixth at 8:27.03.
• In the relay events, the 4 x 400 meter team comprised of senior co-captain Mike Galasso (Danvers, Mass.), junior Dominic Abacherli (Boxborough, Mass.), Tejidor and freshman Nicholas Boire (Manchester, N.H.) posted a season-best time of 3:21.12 and 13th place finish.

• Northeastern took the NEICAAA title with an overall score of 161.

• Qualifying members of the men's indoor track and field team will compete in the IC4A Championship on Mar.6-8 at Boston University.
