ITHACA, N.Y. - The no. 21 Holy Cross men's rowing team faced no. 13 Cornell and no. 25 Oregon State on Saturday at Cayuga Lake.

The Crusaders were bested in each of the morning matchups against the Big Red. The Varsity Eight+ finished with a time of 6:09.5, just 3.2 seconds off the mark set by Cornell. The Second Varsity Eight+ registered a time of 6:31.6, while the Third Varsity Eight+ and the Fourth Varsity Eight+ posted times of 6:38.1 and 7:03.0, respectively.

Holy Cross found success in the afternoon against Oregon State, sweeping the Beavers in their two matchups. The Varsity Eight+ won their head-to-head by over 15 seconds, posting a time of 6:15.9. The Second Varsity Eight+ recorded a time of 6:28.0, edging out Oregon State by 9.5 seconds. The Third Varsity Eight+ and the Fourth Varsity Eight+ faced each other in a head-to-head battle with the 3V8 coming out victorious with a time of 6:44.1, compared to the 4V8's 6:59.5.

Men's rowing will return home to Lake Quinsigamond for the Eastern Sprints on Sunday, May 17.
