GOLD RIVER, Calif. - The Holy Cross men's rowing team competed in semifinal racing at the IRA National Championship Saturday on Lake Natoma.
The varsity 8+ finished third in the CD semifinal with a time of 05:54.410, defeating the likes of La Salle, Temple, and UC San Diego, to earn a spot in the third level final at 9:30 PDT on Sunday.
The second varsity 8+ finished third in the CD semifinal with a time of 06:07.810, defeating the likes of Georgetown and Oregon State, to earn a spot in the third level final at 9:22 PDT on Sunday.
The third varsity 8+ finished second in the CD semifinal with a time of 06:10.600, defeating the likes of Drexel, Wisconsin, and La Salle, to earn a spot in the third level final at 9:14 PDT on Sunday.
The varsity 4+ finished fifth in the fifth level final with a time of 07:15.390.
