Holy Cross returns to action at Bryant

The Holy Cross women's lacrosse team will be back in action this Wednesday, Feb. 15, when it travels to Bryant for a 3:00 p.m. game. 

Things to Know About the Crusaders (0-1):
• Holy Cross stands 0-1 so far this year, after falling to Fairfield 13-10 in its season opener on Feb. 11.
• Sophomore Ella Kittredge scored a career-high four points on three goals and one assist during the Fairfield game. In her career, she has now totaled 17 goals and three assists for 20 points in 17 games played.
• Senior Christine Fabrizi set a new career high with three goals scored against Fairfield in the season opener. In 25 career games played, she now has 20 points on 16 goals and four assists.
• Sophomore Isabela Miller netted a pair of goals during the season opener at Fairfield. Last season, she ranked third on the team in scoring with 28 goals and seven assists for 35 points. Miller now has 37 points on 30 goals and seven assists in her career, with nine multi-goal games.
• Junior Tori Cini made her first career start in goal against Fairfield and recorded a career-best 11 saves. She now has 27 saves, a .491 save percentage and a 12.82 goals against average in her collegiate career.
• Fabrizi and senior Charlotte Wittstock are serving as the Crusaders' captains this season.

Scouting the Bulldogs (0-0):
• Bryant is coming off a 2022 season in which it went 12-5 overall and tied for first place in the Northeast Conference with a 7-1 record in league play. The Bulldogs advanced to the championship game of the NEC Tournament before falling to Mount St. Mary's 15-13.
• Junior Kenna Kaut is the top returning scorer for Bryant, after totaling 70 points on 58 goals and 12 assists during the 2022 season. In 26 career games played, she has 66 goals and 15 assists for 81 points.
• Junior Sam Centofante returns as the Bulldogs' starting goalkeeper this spring. Last season, she went 12-5 with 140 saves and a 9.94 goals against average.

Series History:
• Bryant owns a 5-3 lead in the all-time series between the schools, including five straight victories.
• The Crusaders and the Bulldogs last met on March 5, 2022, when Bryant posted a 15-14 victory in Worcester.
