WORCESTER, Mass. – Twelve members of the Holy Cross field hockey team have been named to the 2022 NFHCA Division I National Academic Squad, as announced by the NFHCA Friday.
The Crusaders' honorees include seniors
Emma Lauber (psychology),
Isabella Henderson (accounting),
Rachel Perry (psychology), and
Gabby Venezia (economics); juniors
Haley Davis (psychology) and
Meaghan Noone (history); sophomores
Meggan Fourie (computer science & economics) and
Lydia Oliver (chemistry); and freshmen
Kendall Blomquist,
Julia Carrozza,
Coley Leo, and
Izzy van der Spuy.

Henderson was additionally honored for receiving the honor all four years, a feat that only 187 out of the 982 athletes named achieved this year.

The Division I National Academic Squad honors undergraduate student-athletes who have achieved a cumulative grade-point average of 3.5 or higher through the first semester of the 2022-2023 academic year.
