Holy Cross returns home to face Boston University

After playing its last four games on the road, the Holy Cross women's lacrosse team will be back at Kuzniewski Field to face Boston University on Wednesday, March 30, at 6:00 p.m.

Things to Know About the Crusaders (3-6, 0-2 PL):
• Holy Cross stands 3-6 so far this season with an 0-2 mark in Patriot League play. In their last game, the Crusaders fell 19-7 at American.
• Through nine games played this year, senior Jolie Creo leads the Patriot League in scoring with 48 points on 35 goals and 13 assists. During the Army game, she led the team with five goals scored. Creo previously totaled a season-best 10 points on six goals and four assists at Long Island, while recording a season-high seven goals and one assist against Brown. Over the course of her collegiate career, she has now totaled 116 goals and 39 assists for 154 points in 39 games played. Creo currently ranks eighth all-time at Holy Cross in points and 10th in goals scored.
• Senior Jordyn Arakelian currently stands second on the squad in scoring with 25 points on 10 goals and a team-best 15 assists. She has recorded at least one point in all nine of the Crusaders' games this season, while tallying a career-best six points on three goals and three assists at Merrimack. Over the course of her collegiate career, Arakelian has posted 16 goals and 20 assists for 36 points in 23 games played.
• Freshman Isabela Miller scored a career-high six goals during the March 8 victory over Long Island. That marked the most goals by a Holy Cross freshman in a single game since Laura Ryan scored six goals against Bucknell on April 7, 2012. Miller now ranks third on the team in scoring this season with 17 points on 13 goals and four assists, while recording four multi-point games. 
• Arakelian and Creo are joined by seniors Lauren Cunning, Grace Flink and Margaret Mitchell as the Crusaders' captains this season.

Scouting the Terriers (0-9, 0-3 PL):
• Boston University stands 0-9 overall this season with an 0-3 mark in the Patriot League. The Terriers are coming off a 23-5 setback at Loyola (Md.) on Saturday.
• Freshman Matty Spaeth has led the team in scoring with 18 points on 16 goals and two assists so far this year. Junior Lauren Kaye is also off to a strong start with 13 goals and four assists for 17 points.
• Sophomore Reilly Agres has started eight games in goal for the Terriers this season, posting a 16.72 goals against average with a .372 save percentage.

Series History:
• This will be the 15th meeting between Holy Cross and Boston University, with the Terriers leading all-time series 13-1.
• Holy Cross and Boston University last met on March 27, 2021, when the Terriers posted a 17-12 victory in Boston.
