PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – The Holy Cross women's rowing team opened up its spring season with three boats take part in the Jesuit Invitational on the Schuylkill River. 

In the varsity eight, the Crusaders placed second in the B final with a time of 7:47.3. Holy Cross' second varsity eight won the B final in a time of 7:27.8, while the varsity four took first in the C final with a time of 9:17.6.

The Crusaders will return to action when they face Boston College and Connecticut on Lake Quinsigamond on Sunday, April 10.
