Women's basketball heads to Patriot League-leading Bucknell

The Holy Cross women's basketball team heads to Patriot League-leading Bucknell on Wednesday, Feb. 19. Tipoff is set for 6 p.m. in Lewisburg, Pa.

Things to Know About the Crusaders (15-9, 8-5 Patriot League):
  • Holy Cross enters Wednesday's contest off two straight wins, most recently defeating Lafayette on the road on Saturday, Feb. 15.
  • In the victory, senior Lauren Manis had a career-high 32 points to go with 16 rebounds. Senior Madalyn Smith chipped in 11 points and four assists.
  • Manis earned her fourth Patriot League Player of the Week selection of the year on Monday, averaging a double-double of 25 points and 14.5 rebounds in the Crusaders' 2-0 week. She is now a nine-time Patriot League Player of the Week honoree in her career.
  • Manis has recorded double-doubles in two straight games; she ranks third nationally with 16 total double-doubles this season.

  • Bucknell owns the best defense in the Patriot League, holding its opponents to just 53.4 points per game with a scoring margin of +10.3.
  • The Bison also lead the Patriot League in 3-point percentage (.373) and free-throw percentage (.761).
  • The Bison are 9-1 at home this season.
