Final Results
BOSTON, Mass. – Junior Jenna Gasparrini finished fifth overall with a time of 18:05.90 on the five-kilometer course, as the Holy Cross women's cross country team placed 12th out of 24 schools at the New England Championship. The Crusaders finished with a total of 307 points as a team, while Boston College captured the team championship with 27 points. Natalie Bettez of the Tufts won the individual title with a time of 17:57.85.
Junior Allison McArdle earned a 45th place finish with a time of 19:12.52, while freshman Emily Foley came in 76th in a time of 19:36.72. Freshman Michaela Halloran finished in 93rd place (19:47.79), and sophomore Elizabeth Graves was 94th (19:48.61).
The Crusaders return to action on Friday, Oct. 19, when they take part in the Central Connecticut Mini Meet in New Britain, Conn.
