AS A SENIOR IN 2019:

• Named to All-Patriot League First Team.
• Finished in 74th place at NCAA Northeast Regional, running a 6K time of 21:02.6 (11/15).
• Placed seventh at Patriot League Championship, running a 6K time of 22:16 (11/2).
• Ran personal-best 5K at New England Championship, placing 10th in a time of 18:08.2 (10/12).
• Posted PR in 6K at Paul Short Run of 21:00.3, finishing in 65th place (10/5). 
• Earned Academic All-Patriot League honors.
• Named to Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

AS A JUNIOR IN 2018:

• Placed 42^nd at the Patriot League Championships, running a 6K time of 23:16.7 (10/27).
• Was 97^th at the NCAA Northeast Region Championships, posting a 6K time of 23:39.3 (11/9).
• Finished 215^th at the Paul Short Gold, running a 6K time of 22:58.6 (9/29).
• Placed 12^th at the UNH XC Invitational, running a 5K time of 18:51.4 (9/1).
• Named to Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

• Finished in 55th place at National Catholic Invite, running a 5K time of 19:22.9 (9/15).
• Placed 17th at Nassaney Invitational, running a 3.11-mile time of 18:43.1 (9/9).
• Named to Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2016:

• Posted season-best 5k time and finish at the Nassaney Invitational on Sept. 10 with a time of 18:41.
• Also ran the 5k in 19:31 versus New Hampshire and Providence, 19:25 at the National Catholic Championship, 19:37 at the New England Championship and 20:48 at the ECAC Championship.
• Ran the 6k in 22:54 at the Paul Short Invitational and 23:47.6 at the Patriot League Championship.
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

 BEFORE HOLY CROSS:

• Ran four years of varsity cross country and indoor/outdoor track and field at Glastonbury High School under head coach Brian Collins.
• Captained her cross country team her sophomore, junior and senior years.
• Captained her indoor/outdoor track and field teams during her junior and senior years.
• Cross country team was Central Connecticut Conference Champions in 2012 and 2015 and Class LL Champions in 2013 and 2014.
• Earned Student-Athlete of the Month recognition in 2015, as well as the Hartwell Award in 2015 and the Carl Peterson Award in 2014.
• Named All-State for cross country in 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015 and earned All New-England accolades in 2014.
• For indoor track, was named All-State in 2014, 2015 and 2016 and All-New England in 2016. Also was named to the Hartford Courant All-Courant and All-Area teams.
• Recorded personal best times in the 1,600-meter (5:19), 3,200-meter (11:38), 1,000-meter (3:07) and 800-meter (2:17).
• For outdoor track, her team was co-conference champions in 2013 and 2014, before claiming the conference title in the 2015 and 2016 seasons.
• Recorded personal best times of 5:11 in the 1,600-meter, 11:18 in the 3,200-meter and 2:14 in the 800-meter.
• Named All-State for outdoor track and field in 2014, 2015 and 2016 and All-New England in 2015 and 2016, as well as receiving Academic All-State recognition.
• Member of the National Honor Society in 2015.
• Two-year member of the Foreign Language Honor Society.

PERSONAL:

• Daughter of John and Melissa McArdle.
• Has one brother (John) and one sister (Stefanie).
• Stefanie was a member of the indoor and outdoor track and field teams at Holy Cross (Class of 2018).
• Majoring in biology.
