CAREER HONORS:
Patriot League Academic Honor Roll (2019, 2020)

AS A SENIOR IN 2021:

• Raced to a time of 23:50.2 in the 6K at the NCAA Division I Northeast Region Championship (11/12)
• Placed 58th with a 6K time of 23:23.6 at the Patriot League Championship (10/31)
• Placed 90th with a 5K time of 19:34.3 at the New England Championship (10/9)
• Ran a season-best 5K time of 19:19.4 to place 26th at the Shawn M. Nassaney Race (9/11)

AS A JUNIOR IN 2020:

• Ran a time of 22:22.3 on the 3.7-mile road course at the Patriot League Championship, and placed 51st. 
• Shortened season ran during Spring 2021 due to COVID-19.

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2019:

• Ran a personal-best 6K time of 21:46.6 at the NCAA Northeast Regional, placing 126th (11/15).
• Placed 44th at Patriot League Championship, running a 6K time of 23:26.4 (11/2). 
• Ran a personal-best 5K time of 19:02.1 at New England Championship, placing 47th (10/12). 
• Opened the season with a 15th-place finish at UNH Invite, running a 5K time of 19:34.6 (8/31). 
• Named to Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2018:

• Placed 66th at the Patriot League Championships, running a 6K time of 23:46.0 (10/27).
• Finished 157^th at the NCAA Northeast Regional, posting a 6K time of 24:26.2 (11/9).
• Placed 18^th at the UNH XC Invitational, running a 5K time of 19:18.5 (09/1)
• Placed 40^th at the Shawn M. Nassaney Memorial Invitational, running a 3.11M time of 19:19.4

BEFORE HOLY CROSS:

• Four-year member of the varsity indoor and outdoor track and field team under head coach Ernest Bissilion.
• Served as captain senior year.
• Received the Coach's Award in 2017 and 2018 for indoor track and in 2016, 2017 and 2018 for outdoor track.
• Named CAL All-Star (2017 and 2018) and Daily News All-Star (2017 and 2018) for indoor and outdoor track.
• Led team to win the Division IV indoor Relay State Championships.
• Set the school record for the indoor two mile (2018), the indoor one mile record (2017) and the 1000m record (2018).
• Was the Division IV runner up (2017) and Division IV champs (2018) for outdoor track.
• Broke the school record for the two mile (2018) and one mile (2017).
• Named the Weston Twilight Meet 2-mile Champion (2018) and Weston Twilight Meet Overall Outstanding Athlete in Track Events (2018).

PERSONAL:

• Daughter of William and Matilda.
• Has two brothers (Patrick and Fredrik).
• Fredrik is on the Holy Cross men's track and field team (Class of 2020).
• Patrick graduated from Holy Cross in 2018 and played club basketball.
• Majoring in psychology.
