Sophomore Bobby Tuzzio finished at the top for the Crusaders in 16th place overall with a time of 27:04.8. The Crusaders took third place at the Nassaney Invitational.
HOW IT HAPPENED
Freshman Joe Doerr finished right behind Tuzzio with a time of 27:05.2 in 17th place. Senior Alec Hilton was not far behind in 25th place with a time of 27:28.5. Senior Bill Christ and freshman Hayden Ivatts took 26th and 27th place with times of 27:30.1 and 27:30.5, respectively.

The Crusaders will race at the National Catholic Championship in Notre Dame, Ind., Sept. 15.
