2016:

• Ran career-best 8k with a time of 27:45 at the Paul Short Invitational on Oct. 1
• Also ran the 8k at the Nassaney Invitational (28:03), New England Championship (28:03.45), Patriot League Championship (27:52.9) and IC4A Championship (28:37)
• Ran the five mile in 28:20 at the National Catholic Championship, the 5k in 17:08 versus New Hampshire and Providence and the 10k in 35:31.09 at the NCAA Northeast Regional
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll

 2015:

• Earned his best 5K time of the season at the Central Connecticut Mini Meet at 16:50.
• Also ran a 5K race vs. New Hampshire and Providence in a time of 17:39.
• Ran his best 8K at the Paul Short Invitational with a time of 17:49, and earned an 8K time of 28:18 at the New England Championship.
• Competed in the 5 mile at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational, earning a time of 28:11.
• Named to Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2014:

• Ran season-best 8K time of 28:23.63 in the UMass Dartmouth Invitational
• Also ran against New Hampshire 6K (44th, 22:43.40), the Central Connecticut Mini Meet 5K (JV, 21st, 17:08.56) and IC4A Championship 5 mile (133rd, 30:05.80)

Before Holy Cross:

• Four-year member of the varsity cross country team at Canisius High School
• Team captain 2012-2014
• Won the All-Catholic individual championship in 2012 and 2013
• Team won championship in 2011
• Set a 5K personal record with a time of 15:54
• Four-year member of the varsity indoor track team
• Team captain for the 2013-2014 season
• Four-year member of the varsity outdoor track team
