The Lead: Holy Cross earned 11 top five finishes as the Crusaders placed third at the Minuteman Invitational on Saturday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED:

• Senior Kalif Raymond (Lawrenceville, Ga.) finished fourth overall in the 100 m dash with a time of 10.93. Raymond also finished fourth in the 200 m dash, setting a time of 22.52.
• Senior Lucas Keefer (Yonkers, N.Y.) placed seventh in the 400 m dash with a time of 50.36.
• In the 1500 m run, senior Francisco Tejidor (Coral Gables, Fla.) placed third overall with a time of 3:59.42.
• Senior Joe Murphy (Hasbrouck Heights, N.J.) earned the top finish in the 10,000 m run, setting a time of 32:44.13.
• In the 110 m hurdles, freshman Brandon Thornhill (Natick, Mass.) finished fifth in a time of 14.77.
• Sophomore James Donohue (Bronxville, N.Y.) finished second overall in the 400 m hurdles with a time of 56.33.
• In the 3,000 m steeplechase, sophomore Alec Hilton (Fairfield, Conn.) finished third with a time of 10:10.25.
• Senior Tim Dunn (Fords, N.J.) set a height of 4.40 m to place fourth overall in the pole vault.
• Freshman Tom Chiappini (Reading, Mass.) placed fifth in the discus throw with a distance of 37.62 m.
