2016-2017:

• Competed in the 1,500 and 5,000-meter runs
• Posted career-best times in the 1,500-meter run (4:16.53) at the Holy Cross Men’s Meet (4/24) 
• Placed 14th in the 5,000-meter run (15:53.27) at the Holy Cross Invitational (4/22)
• Finished third in the 5,000-meter run (16:27.73) at the Stonehill Skyhawk Invite (4/29)
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll

2015-2016:

• Led the Crusaders in the 3,000m steeplechase with a team-best time of 10:09.80 at the  Skyhawk Invitational (4/30)
• Also competed in 1,500m, one-mile, 3,000m and 5,000m runs
• Recorded career-best times in the 3,000m (9:04.51) at Maine (2/6), in the 5,000m (5:54.40) at the Central Connecticut Invitational (4/2) and in the 3,000m steeplechase (10:09.80) at the Skyhawk Invitational (4/30)
• Posted season-best times in the 1,500m (4:16.69) versus Rhode Island and Worcester State (4/27) and in the one-mile (4:51.39) at New Hampshire (1/16)
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll

2014-2015:  

• Competed in the 3,000 and 5,000-meter runs and 3,000-meter steeplechase
• Ran season-best times in the 3,000 (9:49.78) versus Maine, in the 5,000 (16:17.21) at the Brown Springtime Open and the 3,000-meter steeplechase (10:46.35) at the Holy Cross Invitational.

Before Holy Cross:

• Three-year member of the varsity cross country team at Fairfield College Preparatory School
• 2013 team captain
• Named to first team All-Southern Connecticut Conference
• Earned New Haven Register All-Conference honors
• Team won the 2013 SCC championship
• Set a 5K personal record with a time of 16:19
• Three-year member of the varsity indoor track team
• Team captain for the 2013-2014 season
• Member of 4x800 meter SCC champion relay squad
• Three-year member of the varsity outdoor track team
• Team captain for the 2014 season
• Member of the 4x800 meter SCC champion relay squad
• Participated in the relay for life club.
