The Tom Duffy Award
Awarded to the top performer in track.
Recipient: Liam Lyons '26
Named in honor of Coach Thomas Duffy, who led Holy Cross Track & Field from 1966–1970, the Tom Duffy Award recognizes the program's top overall performer on the track. Liam Lyons earned this distinction through his consistent excellence, competitive drive, and leadership throughout the season. His performances at the conference and qualification for regional competition established him as one of the premier athletes in the program while serving as a standard of dedication and professionalism for his teammates.
Tiffany Reid-Colazzo Award
Awarded to the top Performer in Track
Recipient: Celia Kulis '26
The Tiffany Reid-Colazzo Award (named for sprinter conference champion and NCAA qualifier Tiffany Reid '10) recognizes exceptional achievement in track events. Celia Kulis earned this honor through her gutsy performances, competitive consistency, and ability to excel in high-level competition throughout the season.
Bart Sullivan Award
Awarded to the top three-season athlete excelling in Cross Country, Indoor Track, and Outdoor Track
Recipient: Joseph Mahon '27
Named after legendary Head Coach Bart Sullivan, who served Holy Cross athletics from 1912–1964, this award honors the athlete who demonstrates elite performance across all three competitive seasons. Joseph Mahon distinguished himself through his consistency, toughness, and commitment year-round, excelling in cross country as well as both indoor and outdoor track seasons.
Alan Halper Award
Awarded to the top three-season athlete excelling in Cross Country, Indoor Track, and Outdoor Track
Recipient: Siena Brunetti '27
Named in honor of the founder of the Holy Cross women's XC and track and field programs, the Alan Halper Award goes to an athlete who excels across three seasons, recognizing year-round dedication and achievement. Siena Brunetti demonstrated remarkable consistency and competitiveness in both cross country and track, showcasing her versatility and commitment to excellence.
James M. Kavanagh – Fidelis Bellator Award
"Faithful Soldier" — recognizing dedication, character, and a team-first mentality
Recipients: Logan Mott and Danielle DiEsso
Named after Jim Kavanagh, who served the College of the Holy Cross from 1970 until his retirement in 2022, The Fidelis Bellator Award, recognizes two student-athletes (one of each gender) whose commitment, perseverance, and selfless approach embody the spirit of the program. Logan Mott and Danielle DiEsso consistently demonstrated leadership through their dedication to improvement, unwavering support of their teammates, and willingness to put team success ahead of individual recognition.
"Skip" O'Connor Award
Awarded to the top field event athlete
Recipient: Tireni Asenuga
Named after Harold "Skip" O'Connor, who was a beloved coach for Holy Cross track and field from 1969-1977, The "Skip" O'Connor Award recognizes excellence in field events and is awarded to Tireni Asenuga following a standout season of great improvement and dedication which ended in a podium finish at conference.
John Hoogasian ARC Award - "Attitude, Resilience, Consistency"
Awarded to the top field event athlete
Recipient: Grace Ryan
Named after longtime Holy Cross Coach, John Hoogasian, The ARC Award honors excellence in field events and was awarded to Grace Ryan following an exceptional season. Through quiet determination, countless hours of preparation, and resiliency through injury, Grace established herself as one of the program's premier field athletes.
"Dick" Dow Award
Outstanding Rookie in Track
Recipient: Willem Martino
Awarded to the top first-year athlete in track, the "Dick" Dow Award (named for Holy Cross track and field coach Richard E. Dow) honors immediate impact and future promise. Willem Martino emerged as a key contributor throughout the season, competing on three pivotal relay teams, including two that established new school records. His versatility and composure made him one of the team's most impactful newcomers.
Stephanie Okpoebo Award
Outstanding Rookie in Track
Recipient: Megan Moran
The Stephanie Okpoebo Award (named for sprinter Steph Okpoebo '14) honors the top first-year track athlete. Megan Moran made an immediate impact during her rookie campaign through her competitiveness, particularly the steeplechase, where she established two new school records. Megan's coachability and strong performances lay the foundation for continued future success.
Dwayne Henclewood Award
Outstanding Rookie in Field
Recipient: Nic Oglesby
Named after Henclewood '04 who was the Jamaican National Champion in the discus, the award recognizes the top first-year field event athlete. Nicholas Oglesby made an immediate impression through his athletic ability, competitive mindset, and willingness to embrace the demands of collegiate competition.
Christa Moore Award
Outstanding Rookie in Field
Recipient: Frankie Spagna
The Christa Moore Award (named after conference champion and NCAA qualifier Christa Moore '21) recognizes the top rookie performer in field. Franchesca Spagna quickly established herself as a valuable contributor through her talent, work ethic, and ability to compete with confidence throughout her first collegiate season and conference championships.
Thomas Fitzsimmons Award
For Improvement in Track
Recipient: Jack Larkin
The Thomas Fitzsimmons Award recognizes the athlete who demonstrated significant improvement and growth throughout the season. Jack Larkin exemplified the dedication and consistency required to make steady strides in distance running, earning respect through his relentless work ethic and commitment to daily improvement, leading to a conference scoring finish.

Recipient: Abby Granrath
The Zoe Matherne Award (named for conference champion and NCAA qualifier Zoe Matherne' 18) recognizes outstanding improvement in track events. Peter Cummings Award

Recipient: Jack Ryan
Jack Ryan earned the Peter Cummings Award (named after conference champion Peter Cummings '92) through substantial growth and fine-tuning his craft in the javelin. Yearly he increased his impact during championship competition.
Andrea Madden-Morelli Award
Outstanding Improvement in Field Events
Recipient: Bridget Sachs
The Andrea Madden-Morelli Award (named after all-conference and NCAA thrower Andrea Madden '04) recognizes significant improvement in field events. Bridget Sachs demonstrated tremendous growth in the pole vault through her hard work and dedication on and off the runway, resulting in major competitive progress at the conference level.
