• All-Patriot League Outdoor First Team, 4x100 Relay (2025)

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2026 OUTDOOR: 

• Competed in seven meets
• Finished fifth in the 400m (58.71) and won the 4x400m (3:56.74) at the Jaylin Rainford Invitational (Mar. 27)
• Posted a new personal best in the 100m dash (12.82) and helped the Crusaders win the 4x100m (47.48) at the UMass Commonwealth Invitational (Apr. 11)
• Clocked a new personal best 400m (57.35) to finish second at the Jim Kavanagh Legacy Invitational (Apr. 18)

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2025-26 INDOOR: 

• Competed in seven meets
• Posted a new personal best in the 60m dash (7.98) at the Alden Invitational (Dec. 6)
• Won the 400m (59.01) and helped Holy Cross win the 4x400m (4:00.45) at the Suffolk Ice Breaker (Jan. 18)

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2025 OUTDOOR: 

• Competed in seven meets during her first season in the program
• Member of program record-breaking 4x100 relay team that won gold at Patriot League Championships (May 2-3)
• Member of 4x100 & 4x400 relay teams that both took first place at the UMass Lafreniere Commonwealth Invitational (Apr. 12)

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2024-25 INDOOR: 

• Ran in several sprint events across eight different meets 
• Tallied five Top-10 finishes
• Clocked a personal-best time of 25.80 seconds in the 200 and finished fifth at the River Hawk Invitational (Jan. 25)
• Member of 4x400 relay team that finished second in time of 3:47.92 at the Patriot League Championships (Mar. 1-2)

BEFORE HOLY CROSS:

• Four-year varsity member of the track and field team at North Hunterdon High School in Annandale, N.J. under head coach Tim Mooney
• Two-time Iron Award (Team MVP) recipient (2022 & 2023)
• Three-time Sectional Champions (2022, 2023 & 2024)
• 2024 Hunterdon/Warren/Sussex County Champions
• Two-time 400m Conference Champion (2023 & 2024)
• Holds the North Hunterdon school record in the 55m, indoor 200m, indoor 300m, 4x100m, 4x200m and 4x400m
• Career PRs: 55m (7.38), 100m (12.41), 200m (25.46), 300m (41.15) and 400m (57.11)
• Three-time Honor Roll recipient (2021, 2022 & 2023)
