Fennelly and Kulis compete at Dartmouth December Invitational

HANOVER, N.H.— The Holy Cross track and field teams sent two athletes to the Dartmouth Invitational from Friday, Dec. 13 to Saturday, Dec. 14.

MEN'S MEET HIGHLIGHTS:

  • Senior captain Brian Fennelly clinched second in the heptathlon with 4,829 points. He won the hept. 1000m (2:47.65) and set personal bests in the hept. pole vault (3.90m, second) and hept. shot put (11.34m, second).

WOMEN'S MEET HIGHLIGHTS:

  • Junior Celia Kulis finished seventh in the pentathlon with 2,057 points. She won the pent. 60m hurdles (8.93) and claimed second in the pent. shot put (10.95m).

NEXT UP:

  • The Holy Cross track and field teams will return to action in the new year when they head to The TRACK at New Balance in Boston, Mass. to compete at the UMass Flagship Invitational on Jan. 12.
