The Holy Cross men's basketball team is set to take the court for a pair of games this week. The Crusaders will play host to Navy on Wednesday, Jan. 10, at 7 p.m., before heading to Lehigh for a 5 p.m. game on Saturday, Jan. 13. Both contests will be shown live by the Patriot League on ESPN+.
Holy Cross stands 3-12 overall with an 0-2 mark in the Patriot League. Senior guard
Joe Octave leads the team with averages of 14.7 points and 6.3 rebounds per game, while hitting 45.5 percent of his field goal attempts. Junior forward
Caleb Kenney has posted 9.8 points, 5.5 rebounds and 1.3 blocks per game, with sophomore guard
Will Batchelder adding 8.4 points, and 1.7 assists per contest.
Navy (5-8 overall, 1-1 Patriot League) is led by sophomore guard Austin Benigni, who averages 14.2 points and 4.1 assists per game. Lehigh (4-9 overall, 1-1 Patriot League) is paced by junior guard Keith Higgins with averages of 15.1 points, 4.6 rebounds and 1.8 steals per contest.
After this week's games, Holy Cross will be back in action on Wednesday, Jan. 17, when it faces Lafayette at home at 7 p.m.
