WORCESTER, Mass. — Holy Cross men's basketball head coach Dave Paulsen has announced the addition of six student-athletes to the program. Arius Alijosius (Lewis), Elijah Flowers (Old Dominion), Bradyn Foster (Penn), Jaelon Germany (Crowley, Texas), Kole Hanson (Minnesota Duluth), and Kosi Mgbejiofor (Enugu, Nigeria) will arrive on The Hill for the 2026-27 campaign, joining fall early signee Tristen Wilson (Our Lady of Mt. Carmel High School, first team All Baltimore Catholic League).

"I'm excited about the newcomers to our program," Paulsen said. "Our staff did a phenomenal job of identifying talented individuals who are great fits for Holy Cross academically and who will add to our culture. We have a mix of talented high school players, highly accomplished Division II transfers, and Division I transfers hungry for more opportunity. I can't wait to get to work with these seven individuals when we start summer training in June."

Arius Alijosius | G | 6-4 | 195 | Riverside, Ill. | Riverside-Brookfield | Lewis

• Transfer from Lewis, played in 18 games making 14 starts averaging 18.5 points, 3.5 rebounds, and 0.8 steals per game
• Shot 46.4 percent (114-for-245) from the field and 40.9 percent (56-for-137) from three-point land
• Led Lewis in scoring, three-pointers, three-point percentage and ranked second in field goals
• Scored 20+ point nine times including a career-high 40 points with a personal-best nine three-pointers in an 86-66 win at Maryville on Jan. 4, 2026
• Before Lewis, played previously at Winona State appearing in 31 games making three starts in 2024-25
• Averaged 3.9 points on 44.0 percent (40-for-91) shooting going 42.0 percent from deep (29-for-69) across 10.9 minutes per game
• Has the all-time three-pointers in a single-season record at Riverside-Brookfield (106)

Elijah Flowers | F | 6-7 | 195 | Washington, D.C. | Brewster Academy (N.H.) | Old Dominion

• Transfer from Old Dominion and redshirted his freshman year
• Played 2024-25 at Brewster Academy (N.H.)
• Earned All-Conference honors
• 2024 MADE Hoops All-Circuit Team honors
• Started his high school career at The Potomac School (Va.)
• Helped his team reach the state playoffs every year
• Earned All-Conference Honors as a junior and senior
• His mother, Vania played basketball at Georgetown

Coach Paulsen on Elijiah Flowers: "Elijah comes from a basketball family, and has the size, athleticism, and shooting ability to make an impact at either of our forward positions."  

Bradyn Foster | F | 6-8 | 220 | Natrona Heights, Pa. | Highlands | Penn

• Transfer from Penn played in 13 games making three starts averaging 1.3 points, 1.3 rebounds and 0.2 assists per game on 43.8 percent (7-of-16) shooting during the 2024-2025 season.
• Appeared in one game in 2025-26 playing three minutes
• Scored a career-high eight points in 16 minutes of action going 4-of-5 (80 percent) from the field with three boards, two steals, a block and an assist in a start at Penn State on Dec. 29, 2024
• Secured a career-high five rebounds in 16 minutes of action at home against Yale on Feb. 1, 2025
• Was a four year letter winner under head coach Corey Dotchin
• Team captain his senior year of high school
• Finished his career as a 1,000 point scorer and fourth in program history in points
• Two-time First Team All-Section
• Two-time First Team All-Area
• Second Team PIAA Class 4A All-State
• Third Team Class 4A All-State

Coach Paulsen on Bradyn Foster: "Bradyn was a highly regarded recruit out of high school who is capable of playing the four or the five for us. He is an excellent rebounder and a versatile offensive player."

• Competed for Crowley in 2023-24 and 2025-26
• One-time team captain (2025-26)
• One-time Team MVP (2025-26)
• Two-time UIL Texas 6-3A All-District (2023-24, 2025-26 (First Team))
• 2025-26 UIL Texas Academic All-District Team
• 2026 McDonalds All-American Game Nominee
• 2025-26 TABC All-Region Team
• 2025-26 Fort Worth All-Area Second Team
• 2025 Scholastic Invitational Tournament First Team

• Averaged 18.7 points, 5.0 assists and 3.0 steals per game in 2025-26

Coach Paulsen on Jaelon Germany: "Jaelon is a dynamic guard who has the ability to score at all three levels. He is an excellent passer with elite vision who will make his teammates better."
 
Kole Hanson | G | 6-2 | 190 | Prior Lake, Minn. | Holy Family | Minnesota Duluth

• Transfer from Minnesota Duluth
• Won the 2026 NSIC Tournament Championship and was named to the All-Tournament Team
• 2026 NSIC All-Conference First Team
• Appeared in 62 games for the Bulldogs including 33 starts and averaged 11.1 points, 1.8 rebounds, 1.4 assists and 1.1 steals per game on 41.8 percent (207-for-495) shooting and 37.1 percent (92-for-248) from three-point range
• In 2025-26, averaged 14.9 points, 2.2 rebounds, 1.4 assists and 1.2 steals per game on 42.1 percent (147-for-349) shooting and 38.6 percent (61-for-158) from deep while going 85.7 percent (138-for-161) at the line
• Led the team in free throw conversions (138), free throw percentage (85.7) and steals per game (1.2), while ranking second in scoring (14.9), second in three-pointers (61) and third in field goals (147)
• Scored 20+ points nine times including one 30 point effort
• Produced a career-high 32 points going 12-for-22 (54.5 percent) from the field in at St. Cloud State on Jan. 17, 2026
• Made four or more three-pointers three times
• Knocked down 12 free throws on 15 attempts (80.0 percent) in a 24 point showing in a victory against Minn.-Crookston on Dec. 3, 2025

• Competed for two seasons for varsity at Blue Ridge under head coach Cade Lemcke
• Two-time BRAC Regular-Season and Tournament Champions (2025, 2026)
• All-BRAC First Team (2025-26)
• All-BRAC Second Team (2024-25)
• Team reached the Semifinals of VISAA State Championship in 2025-26
• Averaged 8.0 points, 5.0 rebounds and 1.3 blocks per game
• All-TCIS Conference (2022-23)
• Also competed for Team Loaded Club Team under head coach Shane Burnette
• Two-time member of the High Honors List (2025, 2026)
• Was also involved in community service off the court
• Economics major at Holy Cross (intends to major in Economics)

Coach Paulsen on Kosi Mgbejiofor: "Kosi is a rapidly developing front court player with an infectious enthusiasm that will inspire his teammates. He has the potential to be an elite rim protector and low-post scorer."
