Men's track and field wraps up competition at Patriot League Championship

ANNAPOLIS, Md.— The Holy Cross men's track and field team recorded 18 points to earn a seventh place finish at the Patriot League Championship on Sunday.

MEET HIGHLIGHTS:

Junior Mike Mazzocca claimed fifth place in the 60m hurdles with a time of 8.11.
Junior Chris Barone earned a bronze medal in the 60m dash, crossing the finish at 6.92.
The distance medley relay with senior Jack Welch, sophomore Brian Fennelly, freshman Liam Lyons and senior Kyle VanDermark earned fifth with a time of 10:06.92, an IC4A qualifying time.
The 4x400 relay with senior Sean Flaherty, junior Matthew Conway, sophomore Stephen Joseph and sophomore Andrew Van De Mark finished eighth with a time of 3:26.38.

NEXT UP:

Holy Cross will travel to Boston, Mass. where qualifying Crusaders will compete in the IC4A Indoor Championship on March 3 through 5.
