After taking a week off for finals, the Holy Cross men's basketball team returns to action on Sunday, Dec. 19, when it travels to Harvard for a 2:00 p.m. game. The contest between the Crusaders and the Crimson will be shown live on ESPN+.

Holy Cross enters the game with an overall record of 2-9 on the year. The Crusaders are coming off a 72-59 setback against Siena on Dec. 11 and will be looking to snap a five-game losing streak. Holy Cross currently leads the Patriot League in blocked shots (3.9 blocks per game), while standing third in three-point field goal percentage (36.3 percent) and fourth in steals (7.0 steals per game).

Freshman guard Kyrell Luc has led the Crusaders by averaging 12.5 points, 3.1 rebounds and 2.1 assists per game, while hitting 43.3 percent (13 of 30) of his attempts from three-point range. Sophomore guard Judson Martindale has also been playing well, with averages of 12.0 points and 4.6 rebounds per contest. In addition, senior forward Gerrale Gates has averaged 12.0 points and 8.1 boards per game.

Harvard currently has an overall record of 6-4 on the season. In their last contest, the Crimson ended a two-game losing streak by defeating Babson 74-64. Junior forward Chris Ledlum has led the team by averaging 16.6 points, 8.9 rebounds and 1.8 steals per game, while making 71.4 percent (30 of 42) of his free throws. Senior guard Noah Kirkwood has put up 16.2 points, 5.3 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 2.8 steals per contest, with junior guard Luka Sakota adding 12.0 points and 3.2 boards per game.

After the contest with Harvard, Holy Cross will travel to St. Joseph's for a 6:00 p.m game on Wednesday, Dec. 22.
