WORCESTER, Mass. – The Holy Cross field hockey team will take on Bucknell in its final game of the regular season Saturday, Nov. 2, at 12 p.m. in Lewisburg, Pa.
The Crusaders still have a chance to earn a playoff spot. It will all come down to not only the result against Bucknell, but what Boston University does against Lehigh. With a win against the Bison and a Terrier loss to the Mountain Hawks, Holy Cross would clinch the three-seed in the Patriot League Tournament. If both the Crusaders and BU win, it would come down to tiebreakers. The story is the same if both teams lose.
