BOSTON, Mass. - The men's track & field competed at the New England Championships on Feb. 2-3.

HOLY CROSS HIGHLIGHTS:

• In the 3000m run, senior Bryan Gallagher finished 11th with a time of 8:39.61, which was a personal record. 
• The 4x400m relay team of freshman Gabe Piepergerdes, sophomore Freddie Halloran, junior Jacob Newton and senior Thomas Kalantzakos finished 11th with a time of 3:22.51.
• Freshmam Michael Pichay finished 12th in the triple jump (14.29m) and 19th in the long jump (6.58m).
• Kalantzakos also finished 12th in the 800m at 1:56.32.

The Crusaders will travel to Orono, Maine on Feb. 9 to compete against the Maine Bears.
