Placed eighth at the Patriot League Outdoor Track and Field Championships in the 4x100, running a 44.84 (5/3).
Had a personal best in the 200, running a 23.25, at the Holy Cross Men’s Meet (4/23).
Had a personal best in the 100, running an 11.64, at the Black and Gold Invitational (3/29).

2018-19 INDOOR (JUNIOR):

Placed seventh in the distance medley relay, running a 10:30.63 at the Patriot League Indoor Championships (2/16).
Placed 11^th at the NEICAAA Indoor Championships in the 4x400, running a 3:23.38 (2/1).
Placed second vs. UNH in the 400, running a 53.58 (1/19).

2017-18 (SOPHOMORE):

Recorded a time of 23.25 in the 200m at the Holy Cross Men's Meet.
Posted a season-best time (50.76) in the 400m at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational.

2016-17 (FRESHMAN):

Posted season-best times in the 200-meter dash (23.50) at the Stonehill Skyhawk Invite (4/29) and the 400-meter dash (50.68) at Holy Cross Men’s Meet (4/24).
Finished fifth in the 4 x 400-meter relay (3:35.73) at the Holy Cross Invitational (4/22).
Qualified for the Patriot League Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the 400-meter dash, 4 x 100 and 4 x 400-meter relays.

BEFORE HOLY CROSS:

A four year member of the track and field team at Jesuit High School in Tampa, Fla., under head coach Andy Wood, serving as team captain his senior year.
Named Most Improved player in 2015, winning the Heart of the Tiger award in 2016.
Helped the team to the district title (2013-2016) and regional championships (2013-2015).
Set a school record in the 4x100m relay with a time of 43.00.
Posted personal best times in the 200m (23.28) and in the 400m (50.49)
