The Lead: Junior Tyler Wright (Waterboro, Maine) broke his own school record in the 100 butterfly, his second record-breaking performance in two days, as the Crusader swimming and diving team continued action at the 2015 Patriot League Championship on Friday.

• Holy Cross competed in five events including the 400 IM, 100 butterfly, 200 freestyle, 100 breast, 100 backstroke and preliminaries of the one-meter dive.
• Freshman Jake Sbarbaro (Lakewood, Colo.) represented Holy Cross in the 400 IM as he finished with a time 4:11.30.
• Wright recorded the top Crusader finish of the day in the 100 butterfly, placing 17th and breaking his own record, set at last year's Patriot League Championship, with a time of 50.95. He also touched the wall first for the Crusaders in the 100 backstroke, registering a time of 52.63.
• In the 200 freestyle, sophomore Alex Young (Natick, Mass.) touched the wall first for the Crusaders with a personal-best time of 1:47.80.
• Senior co-captain Jack Swain (West Hartford, Conn.) led Holy Cross in the 100 breaststroke with a time of 59.15.
• Freshman Mark Mueller (Weymouth, Mass.) dropped 1.35 seconds off his time in the 100 breaststroke, finishing behind Swain at 1:01.93.
• In the night portion, senior co-captain Brendan Higgins (Summit, N.J.) was the top Holy Cross diver, scoring 174.95 points.
• The 400 medley relay team comprised of senior co-captains Thomas Horigan (West Hartford, Conn.) and Swain, along with Wright and Sbarbaro finished 10th with a time of 3:30.13, setting a new school record. 

• The Crusaders will conclude the 2015 Patriot League Championship tomorrow, Saturday, Feb. 21, beginning at 10:30 a.m.
