2017-2018:

• Finished first in the 100 breaststroke with a time of 1:00.57 finished first in the 200 breaststroke with a time of 2:13.69 against Iona
• Placed first with a time of 1:00.85 in the 100 breaststroke and finished first in the 200 breast (2:14.36) against Colgate
• Took first with a time of 1:00.81 in the 100 breaststroke and placed first in the 200 breaststroke (2:13.76) against Providence
• Placed first in the 400m medley relay with a finals time of 3:36.33

2016-2017:

• Took fifth in the 200 IM for a new team season record of 2:01.06 at the New England Catholic Invitational
• Against Fairfield, took first in the 200 medley relay for a time of 1:51.45. Also took first in the 100 backstroke with a time of 1:02.75 and second in the 200 IM with a time of 2:15.08.
• Placed first in the 200 butterfly with a season-best time of 1:57.22.  He later took third place in the 200 IM with another season-best time of 1:56.78 at the Harold Anderson Invitational
• Took first in the 200-meter freestyle, swimming for a time of 2:00.29. Sbarbaro also placed first in the 200-meter butterfly, recording a time of 2:15.03 and in the 200-meter IM with a time of 2:13.30 against Providence
• Finished first place in the 200 medley relay with a time of 1:40.18 against Springfield
• Broke standing school record for the 200 medley relay, swimming for a time of 1:35.10, at the Patriot League Championships
• Recorded a second school record with a time of 6:58.2 in the 800 free relay at the Patriot League Championships
• Broke school record with time of 3:27.62 in the 400 medley relay at the Patriot League Championships
• Named Crusader of the Week (1/23/2017)

2015-2016:

• Competed in 10 individual events including the 100 backstroke, 100 and 200 breaststroke, 100 and 200 butterfly, 50, 100 and 200 freestyle and the 100 and 200 IM,
• Led the team with the season-best times in the 100 IM (55.66), 200 butterfly (1:57.23), 200 stroke (2:14.86) and the 200 IM (1:57.18)
• Also competed in the 200, 400 and 800 freestyle relay, as well as the 200 and 400 medley relay
• Also swam as a member of the Holy Cross recording breaking 800 freestyle relay team that recorded a time of 6:59.65 at the Patriot League Championship
• Swam as a member of the 200 freestyle relay team that broke the Holy Cross record at the Patriot League Championship with a time of 1:26.51
• Additionally was a member of the 200 freestyle relay team that broke the Holy Cross record at the Patriot League Championship with a time of 1:26.51
• Also swam as a member of the 200 medley relay team that recorded a team-best time of 1:36.19 at the Patriot League Championship
• His 400 freestyle relay team led the Crusaders with a season-best time of 3:39.12
• Recorded season-best times in the 100 backstroke (56.22), 100 butterfly (53:00), 100 freestyle (49.62) and the 100 IM (55.66) at Assumption (10/3), in the 100 breaststroke (1:00.13) and the 200 IM (1:57.18) at the Patriot League Championship (2/18; 2/19), in the 50 freestyle (23.24) versus Bryant (1/30), in the 200 butterfly (1:57.23) versus Colgate (10/25), in the 200 freestyle (1:49.39) versus fairfield (10/31) and in the 200 breaststroke (2:14.86) at the Worcester City Championship (1/16)
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll

2014-2015:

• Competed in 10 individual events including the 100, 200 and 500 freestyle, 100 and 200 butterfly, 100, 200 and 400 individual medley, 100 backstroke and 100 breaststroke
• Also competed on the 200, 400 and 800 freestyle and the 200 and 400 medley relay teams
• Swam season-best times in the 100 (48.63) and 200 (1:46.38) freestyle versus Fairfield, in the 500 freestyle (5:05.52) and 100 butterfly (53.46) versus Lehigh, set Holy Cross record in the 400 individual medley (4:11.11) and member of the 200 medley relay team who set meet record (1:37.96) at the Harold Anderson Invitational
• Also member of the 200 medley, 400 medley and 400 freestyle relay teams who broke Holy Cross records at the Patriot League Championship
• Member of the Holy Cross Leadership Academy
• Named GoHolyCross.com Crusader of the Week (11/24) and the 200 butterfly (1:55.35) at the Harold Anderson Invitational
• Named to Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 

Before Holy Cross:

• Four-year member of the varsity D’Evelyn Senior High swim team
• Swam spring free/fly
• Named team captain during senior year
• Won Coaches’ Award (2014), Jefferson County League All Conference Award (2014)
• Named to first team All-Conference in 200 medley relay and 100 butterfly, second team All-Conference 400 freestyle relay and 50 freestyle (2013)
• Team were league champions from 2011 to 2014
• Set school record in 100 butterfly
• Named to All-State first team (2013-2014), state academic honorable mention (2012 + 2014), and was a Jefferson County Academic All Conference honorable mention (2012)
• Swam spring free/fly for Foothills club team
• Named team captain for 2013-2014 season
• Finished second in the 2013 Long Course State Championship
• Member of National Honor Society
