Holy Cross Athletics

• A Veteran Leader in the Holy Cross Leadership Academy.

2015-2016:

• Competed in five individual events including the 50, 100 and 200 freestyle, as well as the 50 and 100 butterfly
• Also competed in the 200, 400 and 800 freestyle relay, as well as the 200 and 400 medley relay
• Also swam as a member of the Holy Cross record-breaking 800 freestyle relay team that recorded a time of 6:59.65 at the Patriot League Championship
• Swam as a member of the 400 freestyle relay team that broke the Holy Cross record at the Patriot League Championship with a time of 3:09.61
• Recorded season-best times in the 50 (22.51) and 200 (1:48.40) freestyle at the Patriot League Championship (2/19/2016), in the 100 freestyle (49.69) at Springfield (2/6/2016) and in the 50 (27.16) and 100 (1:00.36) butterfly at Sacred Heart (11/7)

 2014-2015:

• Competed in seven individual events including the 50, 100, 200 and 500 freestyle, 100 individual medley, 100 backstroke and 100 breaststroke
• Also competed on the 200 and 400 freestyle and the 200 and 400 medley relay teams
• Swam personal-best time in 200 freestyle (1:47.80) and career-best in the 50 (22.86) and 100 (48.64) freestyle at the Patriot League Championship and in the 100 backstroke (1:03.17) at the Holy Cross Pentathlon
• Member of the 400 freestyle relay team who broke Holy Cross record at the Patriot League Championship
• Member of the  Holy Cross Leadership Academy
• Named to Patriot League Academic Honor Roll 

2013-2014: 

• Competed in five individual events including the 100 and 200 butterfly, 50, 100 and 200 freestyle
• Member of the 200 and 400 medley relay and the 200, 400 and 800 freestyle rela teams
• Recorded personal-best performance in the 50 freestyle (22.93) and member of the 400 freestyle team who set a Holy Cross record (3:11.54) at the Patriot League Championship. 

Before Holy Cross:

• Four-year member of the Catholic Memorial School varsity swim team
• Named co-captain during 2011-2012 and 2012-2013 seasons
• Named Breakout Swimmer of the Year in 2010-2011 and 2011-2012 and MVP (2013)
• Set school record with a time of 55.66 in 100 butterfly
• Three-year member of the cross country team and two years on lacrosse team
• National Honor Society member
• Majoring in evironmental studies

• Father, Mark, rowed heavyweight crew at the University of Pennsylvania
• Has one brother, Matt.
• Majoring in Environmental Studies
