• The Lead: The Holy Cross women's golf team finished in 10th place out of 15 teams at the Williams Fall Invitational on Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 10-11 at the Taconic Golf Club in Williamstown, Mass. The Crusaders finished with a two-round total score of 726 strokes (+158), as Williams won the even with a combined team score of 617 strokes (+24).

HOW IT HAPPENED:

• Holy Cross was led by sophomore Maxine Harney (Medford, Mass.) who carded a two-round score of 173 (+31), which tied her for 33rd place. Crusader senior Marisa Cameron (Garden City, N.Y.) tied for 38th place with a scorecard of 178 (+36).
• Senior Lydia Deneen (Hubbardston, Mass.) shot a two-day sum of 186 (+44), which tied for 57th place.
• Sophomores Lindsay Sullivan (Worcester, Mass.) and Maddy Glynn (Pittsford, N.Y.) shot total scores of 190 (+48) and 192 (+50), respectively.

UP NEXT:

• Holy Cross will wrap up the 2015 fall slate with the Lehigh Invitational on Sunday and Monday, Oct. 18-19 at the Saucon Valley Country Club in Bethlehem, Pa.
