WORCESTER, Mass. – Senior midfielder Christine Fabrizi has been named the Hilton Garden Inn Crusader of the Week, for competition from April 3-9. Fabrizi led the Holy Cross women's lacrosse team to an 11-10 victory over Lafayette in its only game last week.

During Saturday's win over the Leopards, Fabrizi tied for the team lead with three goals scored. Her third goal of the day came with just 1:09 remaining in the fourth quarter and broke a 10-10 to give the Crusaders the victory. 

Overall this season, Fabrizi is tied for fourth on the team in scoring with 22 points on 16 goals and six assists. During her collegiate career, she has totaled 29 goals and 10 assists for 39 points in 37 games played. 

Holy Cross (5-8 overall, 2-3 Patriot League) returns to action on Saturday, April 15, when it travels to No. 23 Navy for a 12 p.m. game.
