WORCESTER, Mass. - The no. 21 Holy Cross men's rowing team hosted Hobart, no. 23 Marist, and no. 17 Temple on Saturday morning at Lake Quinsigamond.
The varsity 8+ finished second to Temple with a time of 5:46.3, while the second, third, and fourth varsity 8+'s each won their respective events.
The second varsity 8+ posted a time of 5:56.0, three seconds ahead of second-place Marist. The third varsity 8+'s time of 5:59.5 fended off the competition by over ten seconds, and the fourth varsity 8+ defeated Marist in their head-to-head by almost five seconds thanks to their time of 6:15.6.
Following the racing, the program recognized their nine seniors for their dedication to the program as part of their senior day celebration:

Men's rowing will travel to Ithaca, N.Y. to face Cornell, Oregon State, and Pennsylvania on Cayuga Lake on Friday, May 1.
