The Holy Cross women's track and field teams competed on the first day of the ECAC Indoor Championship on Saturday, Feb. 7. 

MEET HIGHLIGHTS:

• Sophomore Abby Desmarais qualified for the finals in the 60 meter dash, running a time of 7.67 seconds to ensure All-ECAC honors. 
• A pair of Crusader pole vaulters earned All-ECAC honors, with juniors Bridget Sachs (second) and Shannon Briseno (fourth) both clearing 3.76 meters. The mark was a personal best for Briseno.
• Junior Angelina Lancey (11th, 57.89) and freshman Eliza Martin (12th, 57.98) both recorded personal records in the 400 meters. 
• Senior Alex Lusby placed 14th in the 400 meters, clocking in at 2:12.25.

UP NEXT: 

• Holy Cross rounds out the final day of the ECAC Championships on Sunday, Feb. 8 at the Boston University Track & Tennis Center.
