The Holy Cross men's track and field team competed at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational on Friday, Feb. 13 at the Boston University Track and Tennis Center. 

MEET HIGHLIGHTS: 

• Senior Liam Lyons shattered his own Holy Cross record in the one mile, with a time of 3:54.98 for a 16th-place finish among 61 competitors. He bested his previous record of 3:56.40. 
• Junior Joseph Mahon also had a personal best in the mile, with a time of 4:02.23. 
• Junior Tristan Miller ran a time of 48.65 in the 400 meter dash invite, placing 24th. 
• Senior Jack Noble clocked in at 1:56.48 in the 800 meters, a season best. 
• The Crusaders' 4x400 relay team of sophomore Iain DeBoth, junior Luke Boothroyd, freshman Willem Martino and Miller ran a time of 3:18.97 to place 12th. 

UP NEXT: 

• The Crusaders will participate in the Rhode Island Coaches Invitational on Saturday, Feb. 14.
