WORCESTER, Mass. - Holy Cross volleyball head coach Matthew Cribbin has announced that two additional student-athletes, Taliah Lee and Tuana Ozarpaci will join the program for the upcoming 2025 campaign.

"I could not be more excited to add two transfers to our incoming class with incredibly high level experience," Cribbin said. "Taliah and Tuana will join our returners as role models for the first years to experience collegiate athletics at the highest level. Coming from great NCAA Division I programs and boasting incredible success domestically and internationally, these two should provide invaluable experience to our young team!"
 
Taliah Lee | OH | 5-11 | Provo, Utah | Timpview | Club V | Long Beach State

• Competed at Long Beach State, part of the Big West Conference for the 2023 and 2024 seasons and did not appear in any matches.
• Team was the runner-up in the 2023 Big West Championship match.
• Competed for four seasons at Timpview.
• Two-time UHSAA 5A State Champion (2020, 2022).
• Two-time All-State first team selection (2021, 2022).
• All-State second team selection (2020).
• All-state third team selection (2019).
• Two-time team offensive MVP.
• Four-time All-Region first team selection.
• Four-time All-Valley first team.
• Finished her career as Timpview High School's all-time kills leader.
• Also competed for Club V.
• 2023 USAV SLC Qualifier after taking first place at 18 Open.
• Placed third at the 2022 USAV Junior Olympics for 17 Open.
• Won the 2022 USAV Far West Qualifier for the 17 Open.
• Placed third at the 2022 USAV Lonestar Qualifier at the 17 Open.
• Won the 2022 USAV SLC Qualifier 17 Open.
• Plans to major in psychology.
• Her aunt Tamari Miyashiro played volleyball at the University of Washington before earning a Silver Medal on the 2012 US Olympic Team and won Gold as an assistant coach with the 2020 US Olympic Team.
• Her aunt Aven Lee played volleyball at Hawaii and is currently the assistant coach at Sacramento State.
• Her aunt Tehani Miyashiro Fiatoa played volleyball at Hawai'i.
• Her aunt Joey Akeo Miyashiro played volleyball at Hawai'i. 

Coach Cribbin on Taliah Lee: "Taliah brings a wealth of knowledge and experience. Her training has been top notch and she has a huge selection of shots to score against just about any block or defense. Her creativity makes her a great option to score in all scenarios."

Tuana Ozarpaci | S | 5-9 | Istanbul, Turkey | Okyanus Koleji | Galatasaray Sports Club | George Mason

• Competed at George Mason, part of the A10 Conference for the 2024 season and did not appear in any matches.
• Played one season of varsity at Okyanus Koleji.
• Also competed for the Galatasaray Sports Club Team in Istanbul, Turkey under head coach Mucahit Cavdar.
• Four-time team captain (2018, 2019, 2021, 2023).
• Team earned first place at the U14 National Championship of Turkey (2018)
• Team earned second place at the High School Championship of Turkey (2018).
• Two-time second place at the U18 (2022) and U19 (2023) Regional Championship of Istanbul.
• Surpassed 1,000 assists in three straight seasons as the starting setter.
• Economics major at Holy Cross.

Coach Cribbin on Tuana Ozarpaci: "Tuana brings a flair of international experience to Mt. St. James. Her volleyball IQ is impressive and her ability to read opponents defenses and blocks is one of her greatest weapons. She has worked incredibly hard to become an asset for her teammates and is highly impressive with her athleticism and ability to deliver gorgeous sets from most any pass!
