NEW COACHES

Matthew Cribbin enters his first season as head coach for the Holy Cross volleyball program in 2025.

A three-time Northeast-10 Coach of the Year and three-time AVCA East Region Coach of the Year, Cribbin arrives on The Hill from American International College, where he built one of the region's most dominant programs at the Division II level. During his tenure, Cribbin won two NCAA East Region Championships and made seven NCAA Tournament appearances, while winning both the NE10 Tournament and regular-season titles a total of three times in 2021, 2022 and 2024. He amassed a 238-142 record (.626) during his time with the Yellow Jackets, including a 110-48 (.696) record in league games.

Kiya Yeoman was named an assistant coach for the Crusaders in June. Holy Cross is the first collegiate coaching stop for Yeoman who spent four seasons (2020-2023) at Texas Woman's University and one season as a graduate student at American International as a student-athlete. At TWU, Yeoman appeared in 60 matches, totaling 112 kills (0.82 K/S) hitting .201 as a middle blocker with 95 total blocks (0.70). On September 3, 2024, Reisman was selected as the Patriot League Player of the Week following being named to the Skyhawk Invitational All-Tournament Team after posting a team-high 43 kills (3.07 K/S) off 82 total attacks for a .451 hitting percentage over three games.

NEWCOMERS

12 new student-athletes join the team for 2025 including freshman setter/right side KK Green and transfers, junior outside hitter Taliah Lee and sophomore setter Tuana Ozarpaci. Holy Cross welcomes 10 freshmen, tied for the most in the nation (St. Mary’s, Pacific, and Wichita St.).

Green enters her first season at Holy Cross in 2025. She was a four-time AVCA Phenom List honoree and also named to the AVCA All-American Watch List while being named an AVCA All-Regional selection. Green finished her career with 919 kills, 1,595 assists, 947 digs, 85 blocks and 145 aces. "KK is a gamer who thrives in competition,” coach Cribbin said. “Able to set and attack at a high level, she brings an intensity and competitive side that will serve HCVB almost as well as her versatility!"

Lee transferred in from Long Beach State as their team was the runner-up in the 2023 Big West championship match. “Taliah brings a wealth of knowledge and experience,” said coach Cribbin. “Her training has been top notch and she has a huge selection of shots to score against just about any block or defense. Her creativity makes her a great option to score in all scenarios."

Ozarpaci comes to The Hill from George Mason. “Tuana brings a flair of international experience to Mount St. James,” Cribbin said. “Her volleyball IQ is impressive and her ability to read opponents defenses and blocks is one of her greatest weapons. She has worked incredibly hard to become an asset for her teammates and is highly impressive with her athleticism and ability to deliver gorgeous sets from most any pass!”
