HAMILTON, N.Y. — The Holy Cross women's tennis team was defeated by Lafayette 4-0 in the quarterfinals of the Patriot League Tournament at the J.W. Abrahamson Tennis Courts. The Leopards improve to 7-12 overall and move on to face Army West Point in the quarterfinals on Friday, while the Crusaders finish the season at 3-12.
DOUBLES ACTION:
• Lafayette began the day by taking the doubles point with victories at the No. 1 and No. 3 spots.
SINGLES PLAY:
• The Leopards picked up wins at No.2, No. 4 and No. 6 singles to clinch the overall victory.
• The closest match of the day came at No. 1 singles, where senior
Caroline Carlson led Hanna Ganchi 7-6 (7-2), 0-2, before play was stopped once the overall outcome had been determined.

• The 2024-2025 season is now complete for the Crusaders.
